Vacation rentals with a home theater in Grand Paris

Can't say enough about the location. Between Place des Vosges, the Marais, the river and Bastille you have access to so many neighborhoods and activities in easy walking distance. The apartment works beautifully because it has two full bathrooms and a bright living/kitchen space that overlooks a courtyard. However the two bedrooms with no windows are stuffy and we had to leave the doors open to sleep. The basement did not work for us. It's an incredible architectural space (down MANY steps), with high ceilings, a swanky bar, a sauna and a movie theater! What's not to like? Except, truly there is no need for any of these things: you'd rather get a drink at a bar out in Paris, you didn't come to Paris for a sauna and the movie theater wasn't working, which didn't seem to bother the staff. They did stop by and look at it but no update, no apology, in fact they said we should find things to do out in Paris. So just know that the beautiful (very very dark) basement is not really a bonus.

Could not thank Gregory more for his wonderful hospitality! Right from the booking thru to our checkout he was making sure everything was ok for us. A great host, and a lovely, roomy apartment with the most amazing location giving us that beautiful view. The icing on the top of our stay in Paris! Thank you Gregory!

This stay was nothing short of exceptional. We booked this spot specifically for the proximity of Roland Garros. It was less than 5 mins walk and their apt has everything you need. Our two kids LOVED all the toys and were kept busy and happy for 5 days. We would definitely stay here again. We ended up taking uber most of the time just for ease of travel for the kids but the metro was a short walk. Would recommend for others looking to stay for an event at the stadium.

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

Très bon séjour chez Arielle, appartement très bien situé, fonctionnel, simple d'accès et proche des transports en commun. A la fois proche de tout et loin des nuisances. Parfait pour un séjour à Paris où vous ne souhaitez pas manger au restaurant à tous les repas ! Arielle est très réactive, claire et accueillante.

Serene and cosy apartment with a gorgeous view of the surrounding neighbourhood. It’s situated right in the middle of the city, with quick and easy access either on foot or via public transport around greater Paris. Emilien was a great host who was responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions! Would love to stay again upon our next visit.

Fantastic Airbnb in every category. Air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. Peaceful and quiet at night. Dorian was always responsive and made sure we were taken care of 10 out 10

Die Unterkunft war super schön. Sehr modern, gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch das Bad ist sehr großzügig. Das Bett äußerst bequem. ☺️ Den Abend kann man schön auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. 🥰 Die Wohnung liegt nah an der U-Bahn Station, mit der man perfekt ins Stadtzentrum fahren kann. Außerdem ist Gaelle eine ganz liebe und herzliche Gastgeberin. ❤️ Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Auto und sie hat uns direkt versucht zu helfen und war super hilfsbereit. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich . Wir waren ihr sehr dankbar für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft. ❣️ Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. ❣️

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Paris! Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage war super, wir konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrik war einfach und freundlich, er hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und alles ausführlich erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Excelente espacio! Fui con mis padres y estuvimos 3 noches, el apartamento es muy acogedor, cómo y bien distribuido. The accomodation is very beautiful. Isobel is a person with a great taste! also the location is perfect for chilling. As mentioned the rooms are generally without the doors but closed with curtains and well modernized. would visit here again

We, my boyfriend and I, enjoyed our stay at Elies‘ place a lot. It’s more than a place to sleep — it was a way to belong in Paris, even if just for couple of days. We liked the interior a lot, felt very french and artsy. It looked like on the pictures. It was super clean. Some 6-7 minutes walk to the underground station Gambetta. We were also at the café downstairs several times during the day and in the evening and felt very local and enjoyed the nice vibes. Thank you for being part of this nice Paris experience.
