Kathleen’s place is a GEM of a location ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The Studio had everything we needed. The Murphy bed slept great . The quartz counter top island proved to be very convenient for meals in a small space. The beach chairs were good quality . The bedsheets were a higher grade as well.

Nicole’s place was very nice and perfect for our group of five adults and a toddler. We enjoyed our time there and would book it again in the future.

Cheryl’s home was great for our family with young grandchildren. The sand provided hours of building and pretending fun. The sandy beach and shallow water depth was perfect for all the children from 2-8. They really loved jumping off the dock. The kayaks and paddle boats gave us time on the water. The large level grassy backyard was excellent for softball and tag. The bunk room was great for the grandkids to sleep together, leaving 4 bedrooms for adults. There was a pack n Play and a high chair for the youngest. There were many toys and games to play. The house hade cute decore with special touches to welcome us everywhere. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The leather sectional was cozy for all of us. We also loved the fire pit for s’mores in the evening. We would like to have had more beach seating. The last two plastic Adirondack chairs were fatally cracked. I’m sure those are on Cheryl’s list to replace soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us Cheryl.

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

This place was SO nice for the price and especially the location!! not to mention the huge relaxing hot tub on the property. wish i could have stayed longer!!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Jonah’s place was absolutely perfect for our large group! So many bathrooms, bedrooms, and spaces for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home. We spent most of our time around the gorgeous pool, but the golf simulator was a big hit as well. The beach is well maintained and was perfect for the kids to enjoy during the day, and had a great bonfire space with spare camp chairs for everyone to borrow in the evenings. The kitchen is large with 2 refrigerators and stocked well with almost any cooking necessity you could need. We had one small issue with a breaker tripping, Jonah was incredibly responsive and sent someone out to check it out and fix it within the hour. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice house on a beautiful lake Odessa. Look exactly like the pictures. Very peaceful place. Kids love it by the water and was able to fish all day. Would definitely consider going back.

First time in Michigan and 100% would stay again. It was a lovely home to stay in. Very close to most places great for group or family get away!

Had a great stay at Vincent's location here. The view is beautiful and the space is nice. The bottom couch turns into a double-sized pull out bed. There is no shortage of activities available: bikes, kayaks, high quality dart board, ping pong, hot tub. Our only small grievance was that there is no grill due to Fire Marshall restrictions but we weren't made to know ahead of time, yet the photo is still in the posting - and we bought lots of BBQ things. Hopefully that changes. Would recommend staying here anytime! It was perfect for our group.

So cute and every detail thought of. Consistent and gracious hospitality throughout our stay. If we had any questions, they were available to help while also allowing us our space. This airbnb offered the most little extras I have received at any airbnb (gift basket with wine, pantry items, baggies and plastic utensils for outdoor meals, etc.). My young family of 6 truly felt like we were at a home away from home. The neighborhood is easy to fall in love with and made for the perfect misty morning strolls. Neighbors are close, but kind and respectful. We never felt forced to interact or change our little kiddos' (sometimes wild) outdoor behavior. The pontoon rental was the perfect addition and offered us beautiful Mother's Day memories that will last my lifetime. We would be so happy to stay again. It was hard to leave (even kids mentioned it!) because we grew so comfortable so quickly in this well-appointed, carefully tended-to home. Thank you so much to our kind and thoughtful hosts

The house was beautiful and perfectly set up for our trip. The views were amazing from all over the house, and the sunsets were breathtaking.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful riverside retreat in Stanwood! It was the perfect spot for our family gathering—peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The home was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets and games and even amenities for our dog. Our dog was just as happy as we were, with plenty of space to explore and enjoy the outdoors. The views of the river were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. We loved sitting out on the deck, listening to the water and catching up with family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, yet cozy enough to feel connected. The hosts were friendly, incredibly thoughtful and responsive, and made the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. If you’re looking for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway for a family or group, we highly recommend this gem. We’d love to return someday!

We had a wonderful Memorial weekend getaway! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. We enjoyed all this property inside and outside. All the little touches from smore kits, popcorn machine, charging station, games for the family and towels for the hot tub made this property even better. We enjoyed hiking at trails nearby. My husband and son fished every day. Went into Hastings and Middleville for some amazing dinners. We had some breathtaking sunsets as well! We would love to come back when the weather is even warmer to fully enjoy the lake.

This cottage was perfect for our family vacation (5 adults, 1 infant and our 3 dogs). The location next to Lake Michigan was amazing. Great views, private little sandy beach, a great deck, a comfortable family room. The property was very clean and hadplenty of kitchen and dinner wares for making and serving meals. We loved our stay and are looking forward to coming back!

The pictures do not do justice! This place is beautiful on the inside and out. Brenda had everything we needed to have a peaceful/relaxing weekend. Every detail was perfect and she was very responsive if we needed her. My fur baby was welcomed with open arms. We will definitely be coming back!

Cynthia happened to be out with her pup as we arrived. She made the time to take me to one of the neighborhood's beach access sites so I could find the path on my own. Her place is well appointed and comfortable.

My stay at freshwater vacations was a little rocky at first due to the weather, but they did everything in their power to make sure that I had a great vacation. The place was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. There’s so much room for a big family. We loved the backyard with the grill the dock and they also provided kayaks. It was a perfect peaceful getaway for me and my family. They also responded so quickly and we’re very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody we can’t wait to go back!!

We stayed here with our two dogs and had the best time. The cottage is so cute and clean. It was the perfect size for us. The back yard and deck are great. We saw so many deer! We grilled out every night. The private beach is only a short walk away and we went there a couple times a day. The beach really made the trip for us. It is so perfect and we will definitely be back!

We stayed during the "off" season so lots of activities, shops and places to eat were closed. We didn't mind too much because we were looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay. It has to be amazing during the warmer months when you can take advantage of being outside and in the water. Since the house is right on the lake, we had beautiful views. I was lucky enough to catch an amazing sunrise. "The Sandlot" was exactly what you think of when you think family lakehouse. Rustic, cozy and charming. It felt very homey. The house was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The only issue we had were so many trips up and down the stairs. If you have any mobility issues like me, (bad knee) then you must be careful on the stairs. They can be kind of slippery in socks.
