Townhome vacation rentals in Grand County

Very clean house, comfortable and spacious. The condo complex is very well maintained and has beautiful landscaping. The bedrooms are upstairs so not great if you have bad knees. Also, the unit is pretty close to the highway so we couldn't leave the window open at night for fresh air. Thankfully, tho, with the windows closed it cut out all the noise of the highway. Great A/C too!

Great place to stay if you want privacy and convenience to the local area. Rob was a fantastic host. One minor mishap completely put of their control and we had quick responses to get us through it. Beautiful place, very clean with everything you may need. We definitely want to come again.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. No problems at all. The location is perfect… We were very close to everything that we wanted to see and do. We were very impressed with the hot tub and the badminton. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a great spot to explore Arches and Canyonlands! Very clean, comfortable, and great communication.

My girlfriend, dog, and parents all stayed here for 5 days of adventure. The place was clean, big, and in a great location. We walked to the main street several times for the restaurants and shopping. We looked through the guestbook to discover some new places to check out, including a perfect place to take the dog to swim and cool off from the heat. Thanks everyone!

We had a great 4-night stay at Chuck's place! It was the perfect home base while we explored Moab, with all the amenities and set-up that we needed, a comfortable and nicely decorated home, plenty of space for our family of 5, and a great book of local recommendations when we arrived. We would happily come back!

Private, clean, spacious place to lay our heads while we explored Moab. While there are a lot of check out instructions compared to most Airbnbs, the beds were extremely comfortable, they were well-stocked with toiletries and towels, and the house was extremely clean. There's also a nice view of the mountains from the back!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We loved the location, peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a family getaway. The unit itself was cozy and felt just like home, with super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. Right outside our door was a spacious area where the kids could run around freely, plus a beautiful little stream that added such a nice touch to the setting. The pool and hot tub area was stunning, nestled against a backdrop of majestic rocks! Moab in our backyard! Our kids had a blast, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We already can’t wait to come back next year

The home was spacious and was the end unit of the building. It included tennis racket (tennis balls may need to be replaced)and basketball. Supposedly 2 parking spots for the home but numbers are faded so we parked right in front. Neighbors across did park on both sides of us so didn’t use the other parking spot as not available. Would suggest to add blackout or darkening curtains. There were lots of bedding and extra towels available in closets. Some board games which came in handy. The washer had a moldy/mildew smell (usually from when the washer door is kept shut after use), otherwise the reminder of the house was spacious and had plenty of kitchen items we were able to use. It was well stocked and was given little hotel sized bottles of condition and shampoo as starters. About 10 minutes to downtown Moab and 20-25 to entrance of the park.

The home was amazing, well stocked, and well thought through! my family had a wonderful experience! The pool was lovely and easy to access from the property as well! I think the people who care for this house are maybe not doing as great of jobs for the owner. There were some minor cleanliness issues, which did not overall impact our experience, but could have been better.

The house is beautiful and clean and in a great location just outside of the tourist area but still close to everything within minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Ashely was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this house.

Kent’s place was beautiful, clean, comfy and a short drive from downtown Moab and the surrounding natural beauty and national parks. The neighborhood was walkable and all whom we met were friendly. The accommodations were well stocked to meet all our needs. We really appreciated being able to do our laundry there too! Thanks, Kent, for a great place to stay in a beautiful place!

Great place to stay with a scenic background. Everything was as expected and house was in great shape.

We came to Moab for some biking and off-roading. Tod’s home was incredibly spacious, well appointed, and very clean. Location is perfect, and the views from the living room and patio are great. I’d certainly come back and stay here again.
