Apartamento confortável, moderno, funcional e tinha tudo o que precisamos. Cozinha bem equipada, com utensílios necessários para preparar nossas refeições. Supermercado próximo do apartamento (5 minutos de carro). Agradecemos a atenção do simpático anfitrião Max que estava presente no check-in e check-out e sua rapidez para responder nossa mensagens. Ótima estadia e ótima acomodação.

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

Beautiful Airbnb experience! Just as described and better. Our stay was amazing. Everything was pristine, clean and accessible. We had a nice kitchen with everything needed inside. A/C unit. Comfortable bed, clean linens. We especially loved our balcony overlooking the beach. Maxwell was extremely helpful in providing us guidance for visiting the island. He also had very clear instructions on how to access the property and check in was super easy and straightforward. Maxwell is extremely responsive and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better host, highly recommend!

We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad! Het huisje is functioneel en compleet ingericht – alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. Marie is super vriendelijk, toegankelijk en heel lief – we voelden ons meteen welkom. Het enige kleine minpuntje zijn de terrasmeubels; die zouden wat comfortabeler mogen. Maar verder niets dan lof – een echte aanrader!

Séjour d’une semaine très apprécié. C’est un endroit propre, tranquille et sécuritaire: à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants. Tout est est bien organisé avec la piscine, l’espace de parking et la petite terrasse dont on peut profiter au retour de la plage. Le logement est simple mais confortable et tout fonctionne très bien. Maria est une hôtesse réactive et disponible au besoin. Nous n’avons pas eu de problème de moustiques, ni de bruit dérangeants. C’est un endroit où nous retournerions avec plaisir.

Nous avons adoré la maison et avons passé un séjour fantastique. La villa est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée et que dire de l’extérieur… Ouf! L’espace patio, le mobilier, la piscine sans oublier la vue spectaculaire nous ont comblé! Nous avons adopté le resto L’Oasis et la petite épicerie Bread&Butter à 5 minutes de marche 😉 ainsi que La cabane du pêcheur à 15 minutes en voiture où chaque matin, vous pouvez avoir des arrivages de poissons à très bon prix. Un merci spécial à Josy qui a facilité notre séjour, nous a aidé avec des réservations et de merveilleuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons assurément… Mille merci!

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

j'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Lucienne . Je me suis sentie comme chez moi dans ce studio spacieux ,décoré avec soins ne manquant de rien. Merci à Lucienne et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion.

Le logement proposé par Aurélien était propre et très confortable. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'au centre ville. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent faire une petite escapade sur Marigot.

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Terrasse avec vue tellement belle et tranquille que nous avons préféré cuisiner et manger sur notre balcon plutôt qu' aller au resto. Vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine de qualites. Chaises de plage et parasol fournis. Télévision avec postes français . Adaptateurs pour les prises de courant. Deux petites épiceries a distances de marche et un super U bien approvisionné(petits formats adaptés aux courts séjours ) et que dire de la plage de 3 kms qui est nettoyée a chaque jour. En résumé nous avons passée une très belle semaine!

Un séjour exceptionnel!! Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Coco Beach et nous avons vraiment aimé notre expérience. L'endroit était parfait pour 2 couples. Le Coco Beach était a proximité de la plage et la piscine était très belle et propre. Le Coco Beach a de belles commodités et à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Nous avons cuisiné, nous sommes allé chercher du resto. Honnêtement, nous pourrions y retourner sans hésiter.

My wife and I loved this stay at Mount Vernon. Waking up daily to the beautiful view of Orient bay was priceless. The place was clean , had most things you would need at the kitchen . I loved that they had coffee available there too. The place was very cozy and beautiful. The bed was very comfy which let us rest properly every night . We like the comfort and luxury of having such a nice view every time you look out the balcony. The host was very kind and waited for us at the entrance of the place . You most definitely would need to have a vehicle to be able to get around from there to other places . I would say if you have mobility issues maybe it would be a little difficult because of the flight of stairs , other than that it’s a great stay! We will definitely come back.
