The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

Wir sind eine kleine Familie und vermieten im Souterrain unseres Wohnhauses eine kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung. Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Koch-, Ess-, und Schlafbereich. Vom Schlafbereich aus geht es in ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Das Bett kann man ausziehen, sodass man zu zweit darin schlafen kann. Auf Wunsch können wir ein weiteres Bett zur Verfügung stellen. Der Fernseher ist mit Satellitenanschluss ausgestattet und alle Gäste bekommen einen Gastzugang ins W-LAN.

The lake with good swimming facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are within walking distance, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Liebe Gäste, unsere Unterkunft befindet sich im unteren Bereich unseres Hauses. Der Zugang ist ebenerdig. Die Wohnung ist bis auf eine kleine Schwelle in der Toilette barrierefrei. Eine Parkmöglichkeit finden Sie unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Eine Feuerschale im Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten steht für gemütliche Abende bereit. In der Wohnung sorgt eine Fußbodenheizung unter dem Parkettboden auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit für angenehme Wärme.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
