Situated on a quiet private road, bordered by woodland, and brilliantly placed for Petworth, Midhurst, Goodwood, walking on the South Downs, and the delights of Chichester and the South Coast. Gorgeous gardens to relax in. Situated at the foot of the South Downs, perfect for lovely walks. The River Rother is 10 minutes on foot and offers magical wild swimming. Close by are picturesque towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Arundel, while the beaches of the South Coast are a 30 minute drive.
