The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!
