The orientation is north and is located in the quiet part of town, surrounded by residential buildings. From the center it is 10-15 minutes walk away, a pleasant walk along the road, or a 5 minute car ride. City beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, or 4-5 minutes by car (Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan). Public parking near the apartments is free of charge. The city bus station is 100m away. In the neighborhood there are ATMs, bakers, shops, laundry facilities, pizzeria, café with terrace. Apartment has it's own acces, paved yard in the front. I live nearby, so I'm availible when needed. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet part of town, a short, pleasant stroll from the city center with Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan beaches a short walk or drive away. This lovely located studio apartment with beautiful sea view is perfect for 2 people, but it can accommodate 4 as well! It is located next to the hotel Radisson inn, only 200 m from the beach (5 min walking), 3 km from the center ( 5-10 min.by bus or 30 min walking). Bus station is located in front of the building and buses are going in the center each 20 min. Nearby are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.The area is ideal place for cycling, running along the promenade next to the sea.

This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town).
