Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

Quiet house for relax

The house is located 200m from the sea in quiet neighborhood. Our guests have a big yard at disposal with a trampoline and lots of space for children to play. Also, it is dog friendly house. House is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 3 minutes’ walk from the center of small Mediterranean town of Nerezine. The house is also located below hill Osoršćica with the highest peak on island Lošinj (Televrin 588 m) from where you have the view overall island (https://youtu.be/oQZ5TRAY6yU).

Objekt/i se nalaze uz obalu, 10m od mora i plaže, te je okružen borovom šumom. Objekt ima svoj privatan parking. Nalazi se u mirnom okruženju. U blizini objekta cca 70 m je plaža za pse i Beach bar. Centar grada je udaljen 5 km sto je i 5 min s autom. Muzej Apoksiomen udaljen je 5 km. Supermarketi Lidl, Konzum i Diskont udaljeni su 6 km.

The house is located in a historic, green and quiet area, close to the town center. From the terrace one can always admire at various types of aromatic plants and flowers of our garden. With beautiful view on the hill and church of Saint John , the tower and the church of Our Lady of Angels built in year 1510. The house is perfect for families and couples. Size of the house is approx. 70 square meters. There is a big terrace covered with kiwi and grape leaves. Private parking 550m.

This peaceful and relaxing apartment 750 m from the center of Nerezine and 900 m from the beach, located in an olive grove with a beautiful sea view, provides you an unforgettable vacation. This spacious 90 m2 apartment and 30 m2 balcony with large jacuzzi has everything you need: well equipped kitchen includes a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher; comfortable rooms with large beds (180x200 cm); washing machine+dryer, barbecue in the yard and free parking.

Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.

A room with its own bathroom, for 1-2 people, 15m2, ideal for a short weekend break or a break from further travel (1-3 days), equipped with a fridge, kettle, wi-fi, air conditioning, barbecue and outside terrace available, also outdoor shower, free of charge parking in the yard, 100 meters from the sea (bay). Pets welcome (5 eur/day).
