Fantastic location. Close to the sea , yard full of trees, birds singing.

Great apartment and helpful owners. 7-8 minutes walk to the center, 3 -5 minutes to the beach. The apartment has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen; big balcony overlooking the pool and sea, comfortable beds, clean linens. We found everything in the apartment - from coffee, salt, sugar to soap, shower gel and towels with dressing gowns. Highly recommend ☺️

We stayed at Anita\s place for 9 nights during the peak season. Anita is owner, Ante is letting agent. The location is great as it is within walking distance (within 10 mins) to the town center and to the superb beaches in Cikat park. The Anita's place is modern with all what you need as described in the ad. Anita is superb host, and offers superb tips and hints what to visit and what not always there to help. The same can be said of Ante who was very responsive to our questions. Really recommend to visit.

We felt completely comfortable. Everything was as described. Beautiful, quiet surroundings, a great house and a great, very friendly and always helpful hostess.

The villa impressed us already on arrival – the unrepeatable view of the sea and the picturesque old town of Vrbnik is really special. The house has an incredibly positive energy, everything is extremely nicely decorated, tastefully furnished and tailored to the perfect getaway. Heated pool (the water had a pleasant 23°C), a sauna, many relaxation corners, a large covered terrace with two grills – all thoughtful and meant for the comfort of the guests. The location is great – just a short walk (5 minutes) separated us from the center of Vrbnik with cute shops, bakery, wine shops and sprayer, bars, restaurants. The surrounding area also offers beautiful trails for hiking, walking and biking among the vineyards. The villa is completely fenced, with private parking and space for bike storage. Two city bikes were also available – great for exploring the surrounding area. Even if we were surprised by the bad weather, the stay would remain pleasant – the spaces are bright, with lots of glass and beautiful views.

Very easy and fast communication with the host. Villa is new, very clean and spacious, looks even better and bigger live compared to the photos. Beds are reaally comfortable. Everything in the house such as toiletries, towels, bedlinen, looks like from some nice hotel, with a hugh standard. Pool is also quite big, not heated, but in beginning of May we had couple of warm and sunny days so it served as a great refreshment! Already recommended the accomodation to my friends, and would definitely come back!

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

We stayed with three families at Villa Laura and were super satisfied. The house is a perfect size, everything was as described and very clean. Requests were always and super quick to respond to inquiries - we'd love to come back!

I warmly recommend staying in Villa Akulica. The accommodation with its beautiful sea view and well equipped pool area ensures a great experience. Additionally, Predrag (Host) was available at all time for questions or helpful tips for activities. All in all a very beautiful house which I definitely recommend for vacation trips.

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Wonderful apartment with the most beautiful views. Highly recommended! The host was very helpful and responsive. We loved everything about this place: clean, well equipped, great location. We’ll for sure come back!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
