La maison est bien mieux en vrai qu’en photo ! Beaucoup d’espace, de belles grandes chambres, la clim est vraiment un plus. Tout est là pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Supermarché à 2 min à pied, piscine agréable, cuisine très fonctionnel, ascenseur dans la maison. Vraiment super séjour dans cette très belle maison. On reviendra avec grand plaisir !! C’était trop bien !!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Besonders der Terrassenbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen – perfekt zum Entspannen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Unterkunft war stets sauber und gepflegt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Der Flughafen ist in der Nähe, und mit dem Taxi sind es nur etwa 15 Minuten bis zur Unterkunft. Außerdem gibt es an jeder Ecke eine Bushaltestelle, was die Mobilität sehr erleichtert. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, sodass man bequem alles Nötige einkaufen kann. Ein besonderes Highlight war die herzliche Begrüßung durch Juliana. Sie hat uns sehr liebevoll empfangen und sogar bei Problemen mit dem Taxi geholfen. Sie hat einen sehr sympathischen Eindruck hinterlassen und hat unseren Aufenthalt dadurch noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

David ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand, die Ausstattung gut. Wir haben es genossen, außerhalb von Barcelona zu sein. Mit der S-Bahn hat man aber auch eine hervorragende Anbindung in die Stadt … alle 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Merci encore pour ce séjour, un logement de qualité d’une propreté jamais vu pour un airbnb. Une tortilla est laissé dans le frigo à l’arrivé ainsi que quelques produit de base. Une vue époustouflante. Merci encore !

Charly is an outstanding host - so accommodating, friendly, helpful, and really wanted us to enjoy his space and his neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and fresh, fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The view and peacefulness from the private balcony is unmatched. As a host, Charly met us at check in, showed us how to work everything, and even personally drove us to the local train station so that we could find the way. I hope someday to return just to be able to stay at Charly’s place and enjoy the space.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect and the apartment was very spacious and bigger than it looked in the photos! Very easy to access the apartment with the virtual keys and fast responses to any questions asked. We would definitely stay again if coming back to Barcelona.

¡Simplemente espectacular! Xavi & Maria son anfitriones excepcionales. Me invitaron unos días previos a mi reserva para mostrarme la casa y cómo funcionaba todo; y durante nuestra estadía siempre estuvieron atentos a resolver cualquier consulta de inmediato. Se aseguraron de que todo fuera perfecto. La casa es maravillosa, y está muy bien diseñada y equipada. Tiene dos niveles: arriba, un espacio más privado con dormitorios, cocina y sala; y abajo, un área social con escritorios, ping-pong, futbolín, gimnasio, kitchenette y un estar con proyector y sonido de cine; además de patios diferenciados para cada nivel. Es ideal para cualquier tipo de grupo, ya que se pueden realizar distintas actividades sin molestarse entre sí. La guinda del pastel es que es pet-friendly. Sabadell transmite una paz única, con poco ruido, un pueblo encantador para pasear y tiendas completas. Todo a menos de 30 minutos del centro de Barcelona. Una experiencia impecable, recomendada al 100 %. ¡Volveremos!

Schöne Wohnung im Souterrain, nur 10-15min vom Strand entfernt. Alles war hervorragend vorbereitet für unsere Ankunft, Nancy war immer gut erreichbar und hat schnell geholfen. Man konnte draußen sitzen. Metrostation Richtung Barcelona sehr gut erreichbar, so dass man sehr bequem in die Stadt kam.

Perfect and relaxing location. The space was just what we needed after a long walk on the Camino. We loved being in a neighborhood, near all of the sights, but away from the busyness of the crowds. Josephina welcomed us so kindly and took the time to acquaint us with the apartment and the neighborhood. The elevator was exactly what I needed after injuring my knee before we arrived. If I am ever in Barcelona again, I would stay here without hesitation.

wir hatten eine tolle zeit im appartment von oliver. die kommunikation war sehr top, alles sauber und die wohnung so wie auf den fotos mit viel platz. auch die lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit der ubahn gut an das stadtzentrum angeboten. gerne wieder!

Great stay, Ana was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Location was good too the train is about a 8 minute walk and the neighborhood felt homey. Place was very spacious, the loft had ample room above our heads.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabrice & Ivan's pied-à-terre in L'Eixample district at the foot of the Sagrada Familia Basilica. Their penthouse apartment has stunning views of Sagrada Familia and Tibidabo. It was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything you could need to prepare breakfast and tapas to be enjoyed on the terrace. It's a wonderful location with quick access to many of Barcelona's great neighborhoods via public transportation or taxi. Fabrice is an excellent host who is incredibly responsive and offered many great recommendations for places to eat which we took advantage of. if the opportunity presents itself we will definitely rent his apartment again. I highly recommend you consider his apartment to rent!

The apartment is very spacious and walking distance from the Sagrada Familia. Note that you have to climb 3 flights of stairs that are quite narrow, so not ideal for people with big heavy baggage (I learned the hard way 😅). David was responsive for any concerns during the stay and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona.

Frédéric was very responsive and helpful from the beginning and throughout the stay. His place is clean and quiet. Perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing! Highly recommend it.

An amazing place. The location is stellar. Claudio was awesome. He provided information and suggestions on places to eat and the one we choose was amazing. He answered all questions in a timely manner and was attentive to hour needs.

Enzo went above and beyond for me. He’s very responsive when I asked any questions. He was not available when we checked in, but sent someone else to assist with check in. That person did not speak much English (and my Spanish/Catalan is not good either) but Enzo called during that time to explain the rules and to assist with check in by phone. The location has a beautiful view of La Sagrada Familia from the balcony, which looked very nice with the full moon. The rooms are smaller than appears in pictures but do match the descriptions and I found the bed comfortable. Also, Enzo goes above and beyond for his guests. I had an issue with a medication prescription, and he was extremely helpful, patient and flexible in helping me out, and made sure I got it sorted out. Amazing host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Eduard's place. It was cozy and private and ideally located for going in any direction. You can just sit on the terrace and enjoy the sight of Sagrada Familia. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed for living there. Totally recommended!

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

the apartment is stunning- comfortable, clean, spacious and full of art. the balcony is divine. checkin was super easy, marc was very responsive and helpful. the apartment also has AC which is important in the summer. highly recommend!

Marc’s apartment was fantastic, very stylish and we loved the thoughtful and creative decoration. The bathroom is amazing and you can brush your teeth with a view of Sagrada Familia! The space and amenities were perfect for a week stay, and we enjoyed the sunny roof terrace. We were in town for the Grand Prix so location was ideal for easy walk to Sants station, but also easy reach for great dining and tourist areas like Poble Sec, Montjuic and Saint Antoni. The apartment is also well located if you are planning a trip to Montserrat, easily done from Placa Espanya. Definitely go to V de Vermut bar for an intro to Vermouth! Hopefully we can return to Marc’s place in future!

Die Kommunikation war super einfach, schnell und sehr freundlich. Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos. Mo war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns bei Fragen sofort geholfen und sogar ein Kinderbett und Sandspielzeug bereitgestellt – wirklich aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hatte eine herrliche Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist top: ruhig gelegen, aber mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Der Strand ist nur ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, ins Stadtzentrum sind es mit dem Taxi etwa 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Mo!

Huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Vastasi hyvin kuvausta ja kuvia. Gràcian alue oli idyllinen. Paljon ravintoloita, pieniä butiikkeja, mukavia pieniä aukioita ja paljon kävelykatuja. Sijainti oli hyvä. Metroon lyhyt matka ja moniin päänähtävyyksiin pääsi myös jalkaisin. Majoittaja oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Hän oli meitä vastassa ja saimme koko viikon ajan tarvittaessa häneen yhteyden helposti. Vastaanotto oli todella lämmin ja tunsi itsensä tervetulleeksi. Voisimme majoittua ehdottomasti uudelleen.
