House vacation rentals in Gràcia

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

We had a fantastic week-long stay as a group of five adults who were venturing back and forth to Barcelona. The property was beautiful, super clean, and peaceful - perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding area is stunning with some nice restaurants, a lovely beach, etc. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and generous - they even left us local bread and wine on arrival! They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, while also giving us privacy. All five of us agreed that we would recommend the place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to local sights, as well as to Barcelona. We’d love to go back!

Una casa maravillosa, nos ha encantado el alojamiento, casa cómoda, grande y bonita , tiene unas vistas espectaculares a todo el valle . David muy cercano y amable y atento en todo momento, nos dejo salir tarde el último día para aprovechar la estancia. Te sientes como en casa Estamos deseando volver , gracias familia

David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

Me and my friends had the most magical stay here - the Villa is breathtaking and has so much character and charm. Surroundings were peaceful but it was super easy to get into the city as well! Will definitely want to come back soon! Thank you

Me and my friends were looking for a stay in Barcelona when we came across this and it did not disappoint one bit. Monica is a lovely host which is pro active and cooperative make sure she know what time we are getting there and leaving to meet us and show us around. We knew if we had any problems or if we needed anything she was only one message away. The house is in the lovely and tranquil area of alella which has restaurants and shops walking distance away from the house and the neighborhood was friendly. The house was clean and looked exactly like the photos, the view from the balconies were unreal and being able to jump into the pool when the Barcelona sun was shining was also amazing. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a chill and relaxing stay in Spain, you will not regret it. Hopefully we will be back one day, it was a pleasure :)

¡Ha sido de las mejores experiencias en alojamientos que he tenido! ¡No veo la hora de volver a Barcelona en unas vacaciones relajantes para quedarme con Lourdes! Wir waren zu dritt bei Trude und Miguel und sind einfach nur begeistert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Trude hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Miguel haben wir am nächsten Tag kennengelernt und beide sind super freundlich und offen. Außerdem haben wir sehr hilfreiche Tipps für umliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants erhalten. Der Strand ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist zwar außerhalb von Barcelona, aber trotzdem mit Bus und Bahn gut erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen den Großstadttrubel zu entkommen. Hier kann man entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! ☺️🫶🏻

Nette Unterkunft, entspricht den Fotos, leider recht weit außerhalb, Baulärm in der Nachbarschaft, sehr viele Hunde.

We loved staying at Tony’s place! Tony is a wonderful host, so responsive, extremely kind, and the place was absolutely perfect! Even better than the pictures! I never wanted to leave. I can only hope we will be back to spend more time at this beautiful home.

Excelente anfitrión. Nos ofrecio su ayuda durante la crisis por el apagón. Siempre estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. Y su alojamiento fue muy cómodo para nosotros. Excelente sitio muy cerca a la playa.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Barcelona. Alle Mitreisenden haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war für 5 Reisende perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr über das frische Obst im Haus gefreut. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, auch sehr schnell mit der Ubahn oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir würden defintiv bei einem nächsten Besuch in Barcelona wiederkommen. Vielen Dank & Grüße Steffi :)

Wir waren an Pfingsten für 1 1/2 Wochen mit unseren 2 Kindern in der Unterkunft von Judit und Darian und haben es sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hatte einen hohen Standard, war modern und sauber. Es fehlte auch nicht der typische Mittelmeer-Charme. Der Schwimmteich war genial bei täglich über 30°C. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, im Frühjahr oder Herbst sicher auch gut zum Wandern. In 5 Minuten Autofahrt kommt man zum nächsten Bahnhof und von dort aus in 20 Minuten nach Barcelona, was sicher die unkomplizierteste und günstigste Variante ist, um in die Stadt zu kommen (ca. 12€ für 4 Personen mit dem T-Familienticket). Beide Gastgeber waren über die Maßen nett und hilfsbereit (gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, extra Spielzeug für die Kinder, Fenistil für die vielen Insektenstiche etc.). Alles in allem die perfekte Unterkunft für diejenigen, die wie wir einen entspannten Großstadturlaub machen wollen. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder!

O espaço do Xavier era tal e qual o descrito.zona muito calma, casa com muita privacidade a um ótimo preço. ficava a 20 minutos de comboio do centro da cidade. O melhor na relação qualidade preço. Como sugestão para o anfitrião, podia deixar, por exemplo, torradas e uma compota, bem como alguns items de mercearia básicos. São muito baratos, e ajudam no dia da chegada ou na primeira manhã, valendo também o gesto. A casa pareceu limpa e cuidada, no entanto algumas partes podem precisar de alguma atenção redobrada.

Rosa was the most welcoming and friendly airbnb host we've ever had. she not just welcomed us to her home, but also her family, neighborhood, and community. We loved the neighborhood, a wonderful fit for our family.

The pictures make the place look bigger than in person, but other than that everything was as described and a beautiful place and a great stay.

Beautiful house in a great location, ideal for exploring Barcelona and away from the tourist crowds, so you get to experience Barcelona life as a local. Small but vibrant square a few steps from the house, with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. A few minutes walk to the Nou Camp. Our family was thrilled with the house.

Nice place. Overall clean, neat, and fun to spend time at. Each room had an AC which is great feature. 3 full Bathrooms. Host is very friendly and helpful. There are groceries store near by - super convenient. Location is fair but not much to do. Little noisy since it’s next to a school (children playing right outside the bedroom window). We had issue with flies/insects but solved it with spray we bought from the store nearby. Other than that it’s good place and worth the money.

Carl was a great host. He greeted us and was very friendly. He communicated with us always quickly and very professionally. I would recommend the apartment and I would stay there again

Wonderful stay- Julia’s place is comfortable and very well located near the beach! Great outdoor space too. Would definitely stay again!

This is a very clean, spacious lodging in a great area of Barcelona. The beds are comfortable, the rooftop terrase is a nice place to relax, and everything works as it should. One thing I would mention is that if you plan on doing a little food preparation you'll need to bring your own sponges, washing up liquid, and cleaning towels. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Beautiful villa in a great location for Castelldefels and Barcelona. Spotless inside and amazing outside space with multiple seating areas. We had no luck with Uber but the local taxi firm (telephone number in the welcome info at the villa) was great. Lots of supermarkets witing 10 minutes walk. We had an exceptional meal at Casanova on the beach front. The kitchen is small but has everything to make a family meal. One bedroom and one bathroom is downstairs which was great for our needs. A/C worked beautifully. Pool is gorgeous and clean.
