Looks better than the photos. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. Loved the decor and very convenient location. The doorman of the building was also quite friendly and helpful. My only note (which is not the host’s fault) is that there was a strong sewer smell in one of the bathrooms which would then make the bedroom that was attached to that bathroom smell the same. Other than that we were very pleased with everything.

A wonderful house, we loved the accommodation, comfortable, large and beautiful house, it has spectacular views of the entire valley. David was very close and friendly and attentive at all times, he let us leave late on the last day to take advantage of the stay. You feel right at home. We look forward to coming back, thank you family

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

1.5 weeks end of May with my partner and our two children, both below 4 years. The host prepared a travel bed for infants, and we also made use of the kitchen and the washing machine. These and the two bedrooms were very useful for us. The street is very calm on most days but also doesn’t feel deserted or dangerous. There was a street carnival on one of the weekends, both nights until 1am; however, we saw several stages in surrounding streets and squares as well, so I guess having some loud public festival nearby is just the price for staying in Gracia. It was quite ok with closed windows, and there’s AC in the apartment. I loved the atmosphere of the building and especially the tiny balcony that everyone has in the old town. A downside is the narrow staircase, which made life with a stroller difficult. Probably the only negative I’d mention for families with small kids. The host replied to every question clearly and fast. This flat was a great choice!

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

We had an amazing time — thanks, Luis and Thomas! The apartment is lovely (modern, comfortable, and clean) and the location is perfect for accessing everything Barcelona has to offer. Luis and Thomas were super flexible with our check in, and we were greeted with a ginormous bowl of delicious fruit and other goodies. Overall it was a great experience.

Very nice apartment on the 1st floor. Location can't be beat. Steps from the bus stop that will get you anywhere and on a main street so shopping, food, and grocery all there too. Nice private patio out back. Only 2 things to mention. The shower is microscopic. Not anything too out of the ordinary for parts of Europe, but if you're big you probably won't fit well. There was one very tiny bottle of shower gel left which maybe good for 1 and at best 2 showers. Leaving more would be nice else you'll be buying your own. Only other thing was, as advertised, there is a washing machine and dryer which is rare for Europe. However detergant isn't provided so it is useless to have them else you have to go out to buy soap and that defeats the point in my opinion. Unfortunitly I really needed the laundry which is why I had picked this place. Other than that everything was perfect.

Great neighborhood with restaurants and cafes. It is close to metro stops so the entire city was accessible. Mariona was a great host who provided lots of recommendations.

We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. Rosa was a super hostess who was always available to us. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. We especially enjoyed the great location. Shopping and restaurants were everywhere. Also a bus and metro station was right outside the door, so we could reach all the points important to us within 20-30 minutes. We would rent the apartment again.

We 3 girls had a wonderful stay, Silvia and her daughter are very nice and helpful, response always comes quickly. The view was of course our highlight, I didn't even have such an impressive view in hotels!! That alone was worth the money, but it was really cheap! We felt very comfortable! Greetings to the nice old lady and her husband on the ground floor! I would always come back! Thank you so much!

Good place accessible pool plenty transport links to attractions and busier areas nearby. Lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby within 10/15 minute walk. Plenty amenities to cook with and watch telly and good size balcony.

We had a great weekend at Mercedes's. Mercedes is a very pleasant, smiling person, always available to chat and help. More than a host, it's like she's family. she gives good tips on places to visit and other things. Its accommodation is very well equipped, very functional and the pool a big plus after days of sightseeing in the heat! Barcelona is 30 mins by train and it takes 20 mins walk to get to the train station. There are buses to pass 50 m from his house but not often, especially on weekends. We ate in 1 great restaurant la Ponderosa 10 mins walk or paella, tapas are excellent and cheap! To summarize, I highly recommend Mercedes' accommodation, which is quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, for relaxing evenings and restful nights. The place is on the third floor so pack light. There is a lady that is not very friendly that parks her car in front of the door. That does not take away from the luxuries of the beach, the shops. The house is fantastic tic to stay in. We actually wanted to stay for 6 months. That is how much we liked it. Not disappointed or dissatisfied. Great host.

Would definitely recommend. Wife and I stayed with our 2 year old son, and they had a booster seat and pack n play all setup up on our arrival. Location is close to the beach, and walkable to most attractions. Host is responsive and provided recommendations for our stay.

Myself and 10 friends booked this villa for a week and it was such a fantastic experience! The villa and surrounding grounds are spectacular. The villa is clean, bedrooms comfortable and all modern appliances to cook for yourself and plenty of space for up to 12 people. There is a small grocery shop 4 min walk away where we were able to do all of our shopping, very handy. It would be even better if there was more sun loungers for all guests for next time. Chee-Kong was great and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We plan to book again in the future.
