We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very clean, ideally located in the heart of the village, which allows you to do everything on foot. It is also close to great restaurants and great hikes. The atmosphere was very authentic and the host responds very quickly.

The chalet is very nice and as in the photos. Everything is available to spend a relaxing time and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Small, very cozy apartment, everything very well maintained and super clean. Edoardo and his family are great hosts. It was already my second time staying in her apartment!

Good accommodation with all the comforts: kitchen has everything you need and the place is wonderfully quiet, great bed with even different types of pillows, top bathroom etc. We would have liked the hedge around the garden to be a bit lower :)! But we still sat in the evening sun in the lawn behind the house with a view on all sides. We were there in May, not much hospitality in the surrounding villages was open but Aosta is lively! Federica is super friendly and always responds really quickly. Absolutely recommend staying here!!!!!

My 4-week stay in Unterbäch was wonderful. Everything went smoothly, Lisbeth and Rolf were always available, friendly and helpful in every way. The apartment is great. Beautifully cut, bright, very clean, great indoor climate. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you might need to take care of yourself. The balcony/terrace is large and invites you to stay. The view from the bedroom as well as from the living room is beautiful. The apartment is very quiet and yet only a few meters away from the chairlift and the gondola down to Raron. There is a lot to do in the area and you can reach everything both by public transport and by car (some hiking areas of course a little faster by car). Conclusion: I can recommend the property to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-kept apartment with uncomplicated owners in a beautiful setting.:)

very close to train station.. few supermarkets around the vicinity. Isa was flexible to allow us to leave our luggages in e apartment first despite the cleaning aunty was still cleaning up the place. thank you Isa!

Such a beautiful and quiet place to stay in. The apt was absolutely charming, comfortable, and spacious! You also get a discount going up a gondola that's right next door! I think my only complaint is that the shower was a little claustrophobic. Could help if there's a glass door rather than a curtain. But other than that, it was an amazing stay!

This is an accommodation where it is unfortunate to only give 5 stars. When I opened the door of the house, I was excited to open the door every day because of the view of the Eiger north wall and the chalet that was gathered in the boil. It's about a 15-minute walk to a nearby station, but it's so beautiful that I didn't know how much time I had.☺️🩷 Not only that, the host, Anita, was very kind, very responsive, and thankful for the thoughtfulness of checking if there were any medium difficulties. Not only on the day of check-in, but even though I had to check out at 6 am, it was so nice and comfortable that I didn't have to drag a heavy carrier to the train station by car.!!! The condition of the house was also very modern and cozy, and it had everything we needed, so we were able to stay without any inconvenience!! In particular, I felt Anita's attention to detail again in the service of providing room slippers and lending umbrellas.👍🏻 If I visit Grindelwald again, I will definitely visit again!!

I stayed at Mark's incredible chalet for 4 weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the unforgettable experience. The location is even beyond what's described: the view of the Alps and the Rhone valley is so glorious it'll leave you breathless on a daily basis. So many properties emphasize a great view, but this is one of those rare times when reality is even better! The chalet itself is situated in a very quiet area and the house is virtually soundproof. Even with all the windows open, you'll rarely hear anything but the birds and the breeze. The chalet is very clean and modern, and the kitchen is a special treat -- experienced cooks will love it, nothing is lacking. It's also close to almost everything in Crans-Montana. Mark is a fantastic host. He was quick to answer all my questions, gave me recommendations, and was very easy and reasonable. That's a huge plus for any traveler. Overall, this was a memorable trip, due in large part to one of the best properties you will EVER rent.

It's a little far from Grindelwald Station, but the bus is also running, and it's far from the main hotels, so it's very serene and peaceful. If I go back, I'll visit again.

Martin’s cabin was very comfortable and cozy — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s just a short walk to Leukerbad Therme, and also to local shops, which made everything super convenient. There’s even a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor (though we didn’t have the chance to try it). Parking is available in the underground garage, as long as your vehicle is under 1.9 meters in height. You can take the elevator straight up to the apartment from the garage — very convenient! One important note: if you follow Google Maps, it may lead you to a road that is closed to traffic. Instead, it's better to take the roundabout just before the gas station and turn right there — that’s the proper way to access the building. We had a great time and would love to come back again!

We stayed at Penny's for two and it was perfect! The mazot is so nice and beautiful. It is located by the road near the bus stop and is therefore very accessible. It is very quiet and was perfect for a retreat in nature. Penny advised us on the trails to take for hiking. In addition, there is a small stove and a BBQ that were ideal. We recommend it! We had a really nice stay at Janine's place. The check-in instructions are clear, the house located in a scenic location with easy connection to public transportation. The settings in the house is cozy and thoughtful, we enjoyed making breakfast and dinner in the well equipped kitchen. The interior and furniture in the room makes you feel like home. Not to mention the fantastic mountain view out of the window! We would definitely recommend this fantastic house!

Excellent place in the mountains. Very close to ski lift and rental. Able to get to cervinia easily also. Umberto was also always on hand and able to help us sort out any issues we had.

Amazing home with exceptional views.

With incredibly busy lives and travel schedules it was so magical for my wife and I to find ourselves in this incredible place. The house/cabin in cozy, intimate and very well equipped. The environment is like nothing I’ve experienced before with its magical views. Sylvie was a dream and incredibly knowledgable and hospitable. We will be returning the first chance we can!

Markus’ cabin is a peaceful retreat in the mountains. We loved having our meals on the balcony with that incredible view! WOW! The drive to the cabin is a fun adventure! We really appreciated Markus’ suggestions for hikes. We especially loved the Bisse du Ro and the Gala Gorge (hike along the Gala River above Leukerbad). Also, Buljes restaurant on the Gorge hike is a treat. The setting is incredible and food very good! Don’t miss that hike! The Valais area is a very special place in the world—old hill towns, spectacular scenery, and kind people. The hiking is endless! Loved being there!

What can I say: the chalet is enchanting and Margherita/Matilde are wonderful and responsive co-host. The chalet may not tick every single box in terms of modern comforts, but for a precious 600 year old building in a mountain hamlet it is incredibly well designed and equipped. We found it in immaculate conditions and equipped at a very high standard (no dish washer, but there is no space for it). Most things were provided for, rather than the bare empty cabinets one often finds. No central heating; the pellet stove is very cosy and warms up the place very nicely, but it needs to be turned on and off (no time programming). The location is equally enchanting, but it’s a vigorous trek up, so it may not be for everybody. I was moved the moment I walked in, so magical is the place, and felt right at home. It may not be for everyone, but it certainly made me and my family feel privileged to be able to share in its history, beauty and warmth. Thank you Virginia and Margherita!

We spent a week in the cabin and felt very comfortable right away. The view is very nice and it's very quiet. You can watch a lot of marmots. We have taken many varied hikes from the cabin. We would come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!
