Relax and unwind in year-round sunshine in this peaceful and comfortable Swiss chalet. Here you will enjoy spectacular South-facing mountain views and stunning hikes from the front door in search of steinbok and marmot. Located at 1100m, the property is nestled above the charming (non-resort) mountain village of Birgisch. It’s easily accessible - just 15 minutes direct by bus from Brig train station (and the town’s many restaurants, bars and activities), and 15 minutes to the nearest ski runs.

We, a family with a child, dog, cats and horses, rent a cozy studio on the ground floor of our house in ST NIKLAUS (NOT LOCATED IN ZERMATT!!!) Check in from 3 pm!! Private entrance on the ground floor of the house, incl. Parking and garden seating - rural surroundings. In winter, we recommend arriving only by 4WD car due to snow!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station (up & downhill - way direction see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAIN STATION!! No Smoking!

Cozy house in Grächen (2 apartments)

The house is located in the middle of the beautiful Valais mountains and is very quiet. It can accommodate up to 11 people. Spread over 2 separate apartments with separate entrances. Additional costs: Tourist tax: 3.80 per day per person (children 1.90) The free garage & parking are not directly on the property and are about 200 meters away. For handling goods, you can drive to the property via a slightly steeper paved road (in winter depending on the snow conditions)

Small but cozily furnished guest room for 1-2 people. “Starting point of the famous Europaweg (Grächen–Zermatt) The room has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet. This is located directly on the same floor, just steps from the room, and is used exclusively by the guests of this room. Our rooms are clean and equipped with comfortable beds – perfect for relaxing after an active day.
