Throw open the windows and let a soft breeze glide through this calm, radiant apartment. Sprawl out on a leather couch and find your center amid modern furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Airy Apartment (1 big living room with a double bed and sofa-bed for 2 and a complete kitchen), strategically located, near Santa Apolonia’s Hub (Subway-Bus-Train) and 100m from taxi. This apartment is in the outskirt of Alfama, is a short walk from one of the most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon’s city center. Walk trough the narrow streets and alleys where the linen and shirts hang from the windows to dry and enter in a typical bar or restaurant to eat or just to drink a glass of wine and listen to Fado. In a short distance walk from the main belvederes (Santa Luzia, Graça and Senhora do Monte) and Museums (Water, Military, tyle...) you must go on a ride on the 28 tram (nearest stop 300m away in the Graça Square. By night you are just 500m away from the Ferroviário Bar and, later on, 800m from Lux Disco. If you have the time spare a day to go to Cascais (30km) and Sintra (35km). We welcome you to Lisbon and, if you need, spare some time with you on your arrival with a short briefing of what and where to go. We wish you a nice staying in our apartment. There is a late check in fee of 25Eur and refers to check-in after 8p.m. For check-in after 11p.m. the fee is 40Eur

Traditional and authentic doesn't always have to mean old and moldy, we've set our aim high and our apartment was fully renovated from the ground up, with only one thing in mind, to provide you great comfort levels and all the modern commodities to make sure that your stay with us is truly remarkable. Passion is a studio apartment with a bed and a big TV with cable. Wifi is available and a nice Sofa-bed too. Last but not least there is a fully equipped kitchenette (microwaves oven, domino hob/cooktop, fridge, etc.) at your disposal. Perfect for 2 it can host up to 3. Families are welcome. You will have access to all the common parts of the building, including a very traditional courtyard "pátio" and a small balcony that provides you with amazing views of Lisboa and the Tagus river. It features a living room (with a sofa bed), a bedroom (with a double bed), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The whole apartment and its equipment are at your disposal. I leave my guests at ease, but I am available whenever they need me. This apartment is on the ground floor of an old building in the center of the Graça district. Browse for antiquities and objets d'art in the Feira da Ladra street market, while striking views of the city are to be had from nearby viewpoints. At the top of the street you can catch the iconic tram 28 or bus 734. The nearest metro station is about 10 minutes (Santa Apolónia).

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Spacious but cozy renovated apartment in downtown, in the historical center. Stay right in the middle of the World Heritage neighborhood Baixa Pombalina, in a 200 years old building, in a typical local home. Experience living with examples of traditional ceramic tiles, and the wood beams part of the world's first anti-earthquake system, the Pombaline Cage. —NOTE— There is renovation work going on in other apartment in the building, until July.
