Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

You are located in the northeast of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, directly and only 15 minutes' walk from the Warnow, 10-15 minutes' drive from Warnemünde beach. The Baltic Sea beach in Markgrafenheide, Hohe Düne or Graal Müritz can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car without problems. The city center can also be reached in about 10 minutes via the highway (A19) and federal highway (B105). Shopping facilities can be reached in just 5 minutes by car from the apartment.

It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.
