Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Newly decorated and furnished for 2021, you enter your private suite on the ground floor, walking straight into the new beautifully fitted kitchen complete with appliances, elegant dining area perfect for relaxed and cozy romantic candle lit dinners. Upstairs and you enter your warm living area with a small balcony with views of Baysgarth Park, furnished with sofa and matching chairs, soft lighting and a smart tv leading into the bedroom with it’s sumptuous antique french bed and en-suite.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.

This cosy cottage is located on the High St in Barrow upon Humber. The High street forms the backbone of the historic conservation area. The cottage existed as a shop since the 1800’s and later ‘The Penny Bank’ and has now been modernised. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a short or extended stay. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home

This property is absolutely exquisite. The apartment is located in the popular village of Hessle with great access and transport links to Hull city centre. Located on the 1st floor the apartment is decorated & furnished to the highest of standards, consisting of an outside seating area, entrance hall, bedroom, shower room, kitchen and open plan lounge. Located in Hessle there are many amenities such as shops, cafe bars and restaurants on your door step. A stay here is a must!

Lavender Cottage, Welton

Our beautiful period cottage is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Welton, East Yorkshire. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Hull, Beverly, historical York or exploring the vast Yorkshire Wolds. The beautiful Yorkshire coast is within an hour and a half’s drive. Filey, Bridlington, Whitby all fantastic seaside towns to explore. We have lovingly restored the cottage to the highest standards and hope you appreciate the beautiful items we have chosen.

Charming two bedroom cottage

Relax with the family at this period 2 bedroom cottage situated near the heart of historic market town, Hedon. All local amenities, including pubs, restaurants, take aways, and shops are within a short walk. Free road side parking outside of the cottage. Hedon is situated in a convenient location to explore the East Yorkshire coast and it’s beaches, Burton Constable Hall, the city of Kingston Upon Hull, and is within reach of Beverley, Hornsea and Spurn Point.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

New Lodge Cabin

A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Shower with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. A perfect off grid stay. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.

Eastgate Cottage

A newly renovated, luxurious cottage situated in the heart of Hessle. The town offers great local amenities including supermarket, butchers, bakers and plenty of independent boutiques, Restaurants and Pubs. A 30 minute walk or short drive away from the famous Humber Bridge and Hessle foreshore area where a picnic can be enjoyed in the summer. Hessle also offers easy access to the City of Hull either by car, bus or train.
