Welcome to our cozy bedroom on the second floor of a Brooklyn yellow townhouse next to Industry City at 36th St Express Subway Station. One stop to Atlantic-Barclay's Center and about 35 minutes from Times Square. The space is shared with other guests. I live in the building as well. The cleaning lady is on-site every other day. Great for solo, business, medical, or educational travelers! We welcome all ages, races, genders, orientations & backgrounds to our place and hope you enjoy your stay!

Our beautiful space is clean and new. It is Located in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood). It includes central heat and central air, a bathroom and an open kitchen. We are 5 minutes away from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. Charming Room has lots of light, it is large, 10 X13 ft. The room is furnished and includes a closet, desk, chair, linens, down comforter, nightstand, flowers, and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

Sam’s place was 10/10 and exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean, peaceful, quiet, easily accessible and conveniently located to lots of public transportation within a few minutes. The neighborhood was safe and walkable. Sam was very personable and made me feel right at home. I will always book at Sam’s place whenever I visit New York.

The house is in a perfect location for exploring both Brooklyn and Manhattan. The subway stop was a five-minute walk, and trains were frequent and direct. It was a great neighborhood to explore on foot- I recommend that visitors spend time in both Green-Wood Cemetery and Prospect Park. The neighbourhood was quiet and leafy, and the house has a lovely porch and garden in back. The listing was as described and the bedroom was perfect for one person, with a very comfortable bed. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. Karen and Doug were great hosts- welcoming, communicative, and really enjoyable to talk to. I would love to stay here again if I get the chance!

This was a great place to stay. Miki was very responsive and helpful the whole time and I was able to check in with no problems. The place was clean with a lot of amenities and was in a quiet area. A lot of restaurants and food nearby and easy to order from. Great place for the price!

Jacob is an excellent host! Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location is great.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

Abbygale's place was lovely, it was clean, thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed. She was very attentive and responsive, and even gave us some recommendations. The apartment was very close to the subway and there was plenty of shops and a really cute park nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a great stay and everything was great. The noise from the restaurant downstairs was a problem one of the nights after midnight but they turned it down after we asked them to. They were having a celebration in Brooklyn so couldn’t fault them to much . The local store near the Apartment was great too. The host respond very quick to my communications. It’s a great value being close to Manhattan.
