Our beautiful space is clean and new. It has central heat and central air. It includes a large bathroom and an open kitchen concept. Our apartment is a three bedroom apartment in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood) it is three blocks from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. The room has lots of light, and it is cozy. The room is furnished and includes a closet, chair, a nightstand, artwork and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.
