The only small downside is the nuisance (traffic calming down very clearly during the night)... we were also there during the final, so a little more lively and longer, but this is just a detail. Bakery just downstairs from the building, shopping center in front of the building. The best part is the private covered parking.

Wonderful stay not far from Disney, was walkable, but also easy to do with the metro. Garden outside was also perfect, also for the kids. Many restaurants, shops in the nice neighborhood. Well worth it and recommended.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. My partner and I were glad we took the apartment as it is outside Paris, so perfect to arrive by car. There was an underground car park where we could park the car. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and as described. The check-in and check-out were super easy, it was communicated exactly how it works and if you had questions, you were helped immediately. By train, you can quickly get to the city center of Paris. Communication went smoothly, she was always available. We recommend the place.

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

Very nice welcome from F. who offers a nice peaceful and very well located accommodation. F. accompanies you in the taking of the premises and gives the addresses of nice restaurants. Great discussions and interesting exchanges. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved my stay at Monica’s!! Was informed perfectly, place is well secure and has enough space for 2. Balcony is astonishing. All the utilities and equipment work perfectly and are in great condition. Will definitely be wanted to stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Paris!!!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Accommodation fully as advertised, located on a quiet street. Ideal for a passage through Parc Astérix or Château de Chantilly. Kamel welcomes us himself, which is a little extra.
