Enjoy sunsets from the expansive deck, visits from the friendly parrots and kangaroos, stargazing by the fire pit at night and morning kayak adventures on the lake. BYO boat and launch it at the boat ramp just minutes from the house. In the cooler months a cozy wood fire upstairs makes it the perfect place to relax after a days skiing on nearby Mt Buller, just 50 minutes away.

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

Bob's Cottage Mansfield

Bob's cottage is a unique, private, self-contained high-country accommodation, located on the historic Delatite Station, a 4,000 acre working farm. It was originally built in the 1930s for Delatite’s first full-time gardener and has recently been renovated. Nestled into the side of a hill, above the Delatite river. The farm cottage has glorious views across pastoral river flats with the ever-changing colours of the mountains as a backdrop. Perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway.
