Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Ein Doppelkajak kann für 20 Franken pro Tag gemietet werden.

Sandbox, swing and climbing frame in the garden to play. Gottlieben Cafe and 2 restaurants on the Seerhein that enchant. The apartment has a low ceiling height, and is brightly lit. We hosts (family with 3 toddlers) live above it and footsteps can be heard from us. Sauna (2 persons)

Iris was a great host. She was helpful with everything. We had no problems when entering or leaving the house. The house was even more beautiful than the photos and it was very clean. Very close to the Sbahn station. 1 min by bike, 4 min on foot. This made it easier for us to do our urban activities comfortably. I would definitely recommend it and if I come to Konstanz again, I will definitely check if the room is available. Thank you!

The apartment was fantastic — it truly felt like home! It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet everything you might need is close by. If you want to head to the city center, there’s a bus stop just across the street, making transport super convenient. The host was very friendly and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Communication was quick and helpful at all times. This was actually my second stay at this apartment, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

I immediately felt comfortable and the location is also great. The city center is within walking distance, but there are also bus stops nearby. In the room itself, there are also many travel brochures. Definitely recommended!
