We rent a small guest house (about 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - everything is easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you are on foot in the Constance city center, in a few minutes at the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min to the bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

Sandbox, swing and climbing frame in the garden to play. Gottlieben Cafe and 2 restaurants on the Seerhein that enchant. The apartment has a low ceiling height, and is brightly lit. We hosts (family with 3 toddlers) live above it and footsteps can be heard from us. Sauna (2 persons)

From Tägerwilen Dorf train station (5 min. walk) it is only 2 stops by S-Bahn to Constance. The lido Tägerwiler Badi on the Seerhein can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. The following amenities are 2-3 minutes' walk away: Supermarket Coop, bicycle rental Ehrbar Zweiradhuus, bakery, butcher and ATM.

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.
