We rent a 06.2018 renovated house with about 90 m² living space in the small mountain town of Lautenthal.Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor swimming pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here you can do both hikes and day trips by bike or car.

A while back, we converted the old horse stable into a "summer house" through some renovation measures. Something unique has been created on about 85 square meters. We hope that our future guests will feel very comfortable here. Look at the photos and let them sink in. We only offer this vacation home in the summer months, as HEATING in winter simply costs a lot of energy. A fireplace is available for the transitional period.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but in close reach to university, UMG, Nord-Uni several research institutes. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for families or bigger groups. With an open dining- and living room and separate kitchen the house presents lots of living space.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

In this accommodation, you will find an adventure playground right next to the holiday home. While the children play freely, family members can relax on the terrace or enjoy their time in the sauna or pool. The natural swimming pond is just a three-minute walk away, and the Harz mountains can be reached in less than half an hour.

Idyllic and quiet, the holiday home is centrally located on the edge of the old town of Göttingen. A variety of nice cafés and restaurants are within walking distance - as well as the diverse shopping facilities and the Göttingen weekly market.

The Zwergenhof is a school farm with guest house. We rent the comfortably renovated half-timbered house (2 double bedrooms; 2 x 6 rooms; 2 x 8 rooms) for groups or larger families. On the farm there are sheep, goats, pigs, chickens and rabbits.
