In southern Gotland lies our unique home – a modern interpretation of the Gotland barn in burnt spruce and untreated concrete, with large glass sections that blur the boundary between inside and outside. Here, you can find peace and quiet right away. You swim in the 32-degree pool, cook with local ingredients and let the evenings take their time. The house is completely self-sufficient in electricity via solar cells and batteries. We are happy to share the place that for us means calm, presence and enjoyment of life – and hope that you will feel the same.

The smaller guest house has one bedroom. The sea is just a few hundred meters away and also popular beaches, cafes and restaurants are located in the nearby area. Beautiful and beachfront house with walking distance to the sea and views of the Karlsoy islands on the fantastic Eksta coast in Gotland. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

Beautiful house with private garden, pool and orangery in southern Visby. The garden borders the edge of the forest and is free from prying eyes and offers lovely outdoor spaces. In the area around the pool there are sun loungers, a wood-fired pizza oven, a barbecue and a table with seating for eight people. In the orangery, there is a fireplace and a large table with seating for 10 people under magnificent vines. Here you will find everything for wonderful summer days in Gotland!

Welcome to our guesthouse! Live modern, clean and comfortable on the outskirts of Visby. The area is peaceful and quiet and is called Terra Nova. The guest house is about 35 square meters and situated within walking distance to a large shopping area as well as a beautiful forest. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the city wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.
