Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

But close to all amenities within a short walk. 3 minutes walk from Nottingham, Trent University. few minutes walk to number one bus stop. that takes you to Trent Bridge the forest, football ground (both 16 mins)and into the city (22 mins). Gareth and Laura were super friendly and responsive on check in and another query I had, but also completely inconspicuous throughout my stay, which is amazing considering the space is directly attached to their kitchen…you wouldn’t know!

We stayed at Marie’s place as a family of three for the National Schools Regatta. We wanted somewhere close to Holme Pierrepont where we could have our own space to prepare and unwind. Marie’s house fit the bill perfectly. It had everything we needed and she was an extremely proactive host, both before and during our stay. We’d definitely recommend the place to anybody needing to stay locally, especially for the National Watersports Centre (20 minutes away). We will certainly be back again in the future!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was so relaxing. The table was big enough for all of us to eat comfortably and there was plenty of sofa space too. The games room was a great added bonus. All the bedrooms were comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and so clean. When we needed some extra bedding the host was responsive and showed up super quickly. Thank you - we had a great stay.

We had a great stay at the Coffin Maker's Cottage. We were attending a wedding in Nottingham and then an evening event nearby so this was really convenient for both. Beautiful accommodation as described in a beautiful peaceful setting. We met the owners who were very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
