We had a great time in the vacation home Fernblick, it had enough space, everything you needed and the view into the distance was simply unbeatable! Hiking trails pass directly by the house and there is plenty of nature and beautiful places to discover in the surrounding area. Communication with Sabine was always warm & helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We had a really great time in the house – it had everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest – ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and likeable. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. So not so suitable for two couples. In the living room, there is also a single bed. Lovely quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything is perfect :) Next year again!

The stay was great. We had previously received all the important information about the accommodation, so the check-in worked easily. The house offers everything you need. It was very clean. The area is quiet and you can also use the great garden. We highly recommend the place!

The 1a vacation home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a 6-person family + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually lacks nothing - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils, everything for cooking, there is also a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, a fire bowl and wood are available to make bread and marshmallows if necessary. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the place - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything they can to make sure you have a wonderful time.

The property is in an absolutely peaceful area. There is everything you need and there is a beautiful view. A swimming pond is also available, which is certainly a nice addition to everything in summer. The property is very spacious and beautiful. Communication was also very good and fast.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! There were nine of us at Friedrich's place. It was first great. Friedrich is very kind and accommodating, apartment was very cozy and cuddly. Even in bad weather, the area is very nice to walk around. There is also the barn with table tennis and co., a sauna and many games. So be sure to go ! (However, a car is recommended)

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

We had a great week at the apartment. We particularly enjoyed the great connection to public transport, the quiet location in beautiful nature, the varied hiking and biking trails, the nice people of the community and the surprisingly good shopping both in advance and in the surrounding area. We will be happy to come back!

There were four of us for an extended weekend climbing in Franconia. The accommodation at Regina's was just right for this purpose: You can park your junk right outside the door, it's not far to some sectors, you sleep well in the quiet rooms and can cook something simple. For 4 it was great, for 5 people I would only recommend the accommodation if you have a tight budget or if the 5th person is a child 😋 The communication and personal contact with Regina and her husband were very nice! We would recommend the place.

Super appartment, very friendly and flexible hosts. It was a very relaxed and warm stay at this place. Would recommend it to everybody that likes a silent, easy and homely stay away from home.

You can feel right at home in this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation. After numerous excursions on foot, ebike or car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax super well in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, what you could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. A welcome gift was included. The landlords are always available with a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the likeable Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a relaxing afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. My son and I were on a dad-child weekend in Franconian Switzerland and stayed at Kathi's. The car is super cozy and the surroundings are fantastic with lots of great nature experiences. Due to the location on the edge of the village, you can quickly reach the forest and it is incredibly quiet. We enjoyed playing soccer or frisbee on the big meadow and took great hikes. All tourist hotspots of Franconian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car and Kathi gave great tips. We can definitely recommend the place!

We were guests of Herbert and his family over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was beautiful, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of love for detail is put into the work here. We would like to emphasize the cleanliness – everything was really very clean and well maintained. The surrounding area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcome, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the place!
