Behind it rise the hills of the Erzgebirge, which you can hike from the house. The Erzgebirge Railway takes you to well-known places in the Erzgebirge such as Wolkenstein, Annaberg and Oberwiesenthal.

Sie umfasst eine offene Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Schlafraum mit Doppelstockbett für zwei Kinder und Bad mit Toilette und Dusche und verfügt über Fußbodenheizung. In der Küche finden Sie einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Backofen mit Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer misst 2 x 2 m. Parkplätze für PkW und Abstellgelegenheiten für Fahrräder sind kostenfrei vor Ort.

The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.
