We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to come to after a sad day attending a funeral. The cabin was just as described—cozy and well put together. The only small downsides were that the bathtub wasn't working during our visit, we could shower but even that had trouble draining and there was no coffee provided. Which would’ve been a nice touch in such a remote and serene setting. That said, these were minor issues compared to how much we enjoyed the space overall. Just make sure to bring your own coffee beans and filters. We’d definitely stay here again.

Sue was a great host. The place was clean and as described. The area is beautiful and I enjoyed my stay there. The Après Cafe next door has great food. The gym and pool were excellent and nice to have right there. I’d definitely stay there again.

We, a group of 5 adults, just came back from a 6 night stay at Shiela's place in Vail. It was just what we were hoping for....comfortable, clean, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water, washer/dryer (which was awesome after skiing every day), comfortable beds...The shuttle to the mountain is extremely convenient though do be aware the buses get very crowded and it is a good 20 minute ride. However, we used it back and forth every day and it was great. If you're looking for terrific lodging outside of the village you won't be disappointed!
