This place offers almost everything you need for a perfect holiday. Situated next to a lake you have your own private deck from where you can jump into the water to use the "sup, kayak or even a boat". The house is completely renovated (early 2022) and offers lots of luxury. BBQ/2 bathrooms/modern kitchen/aico/wifi and an outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun. Only 15 minutes away from Amsterdam city centre and only 5 minutes away from historical "Muiderslot and Naarden Vesting".

Holiday home by the lake, close to Amsterdam

A perfect place for those who like to combine the facilities of a very quiet, comfortable and luxury home, with a swimming lake in the back garden and the city centre of Amsterdam only 25 minutes away. The lake has very clear and clean water and is excellent for a swim and all kinds of water sports. Please ask for the possibilities if you'd like to hire our motorboat, sup and/or surfing equipment. Tourist tax: € 3,85 per person, per night. Please pay on arrival.

Het appartement ligt op de eerste etage en is door de vele ramen zeer zonnig. Het grachtenpand ligt direct bij het centrum. Restaurants, winkels, theater, bioscoop, bars is allemaal op max. 5 minuten loopafstand. Aan de voorkant is een klein balkon met ochtendzon en de achterkant heeft een terras op het zuidwesten van 18 m2. Het appartement is in augustus 2018 compleet gerenoveerd. In de prijs zijn kosten voor beddengoed, handdoeken en schoonmaken inbegrepen.

Being on a boat is so special. The luxury interior of varnished high glossy wood, cosy tradition. Slowly moving by the wind, feel you are alive. Waking up by the sound made by ducks. A beautiful white swan trying to pursue you to feed her a piece of bread. The mooring is just a 5 minute walk from the train station 'Weesp'. To Amsterdam is just 15 minutes by train. They go every fifteen minutes.
