The house was exactly as described. The location is amazing, and the patio is out of this world. We had a great time!

We had a nice stay. Very pleasantly welcomed….Everything nice and clean and tidy. Lots of private and a nice garden at your disposal. Close to downtown , restaurants and shops The 2nd bedroom, outside to reach, was a bit small compared to the master bedroom.

We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

We had a lovely holiday at Ingeborg's house. It was spacious for our family and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The house had its own jetty by the canal and plenty of room to sit outside and in the patio depending on the weather. We parked our car easily outside the house and went with public transport into town. The only thing that could be noted is that the kitchen could have been better cleaned. But the overall experience was great!

I stayed at this place for 4 days. The surrounding area is beautiful, I just love IJburg. The place is spacious and exactly as described. The outside area with the terrace is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Watching the sunset and the pastel-coloured sky from the terrace alone is worth the money. Even though we did not cook , the kitchen is amazing and well equipped. The beds were cozy and comfortable. Both hosts were very friendly, polite and responsive. Even when a faux-pas happened to us on the last day, it was handled very nicely and luckily it got solved without many issues. I appreciated the understanding way communication a lot. Our stay was perfect. Thank you both.

Nico was incredibly friendly and the house was exactly how it looked in the photos. Very easy access to the sprinter train to get to downtown Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, very spacious and plenty of fun things for the kids to do. They even have a trampoline and located in a perfect location close to the plaza, restaurants, bars, and shopping. We would definitely stay in this house again and it highly recommended.

We are glad to choose Duco as our host for the holidays. The house is located in a beautiful and friendly spot in Naarden, the neighborhood felt so cozy, calm, and vintage. I really thank Duco for this opportunity to stay at his place, my family and I had an amazing time feeling like home, he has provided guidances and trip ideas along our journey with sightseeing options, restaurants, and etc. As a matter of fact, everything needed was near with a 5 mins walk to Albert Heijn or other essentials needed in a neighborhood, beautiful sightseeings, and beautiful restaurants. Overall, check-in was smooth, responsiveness was excellent, and an amazing walkable area. Thank you Duco for your friendly hospitality, we will for sure visit you again!

Beautiful home, clean and spacious. Great location with walkable distance to the train station and the shops. Host was very responsive to the questions we had during our stay. Every room had space for our belongings so we didn’t feel like we were living out of a suitcase the whole time. Everything we needed to enjoy the space was provided thoughtfully. Fantastic hosts. Very accommodating. Allowed us to use their bikes. Public Transport system to get to the accommodation is excellent and easy. The back garden is a haven of peace. Quiet neighbourhood with lot’s of cycle paths. Highly recommended these hosts.

Tessas house is in a quiet sidesteet centrally located in Weesp, right next to a well stocked supermarket. easy and cheap parking, including EV charging at many locations nearby. Excellent as a base for exploring Amsterdam - the train to the city centre is short walk away. Wesp itself has a nice atmosphere and plenty of bars and restaurants neatly located by the canals. I can only recommend Tessas house!

Great stay at Clare. Clean and convenient accommodation for a family. Responsive host and nice welcome gifts for the kids. A few minutes from Amsterdam, 40 minutes from Keukenhof, 1 hour from Giethoorn. Thank you for everything, Clare.

Very nice house in a perfect location, very private area close to Amsterdam city center (accessible by car in less than 30mins). Very cosy house where the hosts live, very friendly hosts and good reception and recommendations! i can only highly recommend! will definitely book again for our next trip to Holland!

We arrived with my friends, we found the accommodation clean and well equipped. J is a quick responder, the check-in was smooth. The neighborhood is very nice, typical peaceful, quiet little Dutch town. We were actually in Amsterdam more, but it was nice to come back here at the end of each day and relax.

We had a very nice stay and the place was overall exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. Communication with the host was friendly and straightforward. Only small point: In the rooms it was sometimes a bit cold, as the heating did not work quite perfectly. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing wrong. Thank you for the hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

Mark is a top guy. We were very well received, even though we were a little earlier than the check-in time. The house was very clean and beautiful, nothing to criticize. Mark was also very flexible when checking out. I recommend the house to everyone!

We found it a very beautiful house and perfect for family. The ability to paddle through the canals, we loved it! There are all the toys needed to make a great stay for the kids in the house. And the trampoline in the garden is a gem! The well-equipped kitchen and the touches we were given as a welcome were great! We'll be back!

Worth the cost and you truly do get what you pay for. A beautiful little place, not too far from Amsterdam centre. The house itself is big and homely but pro tip, do not open the windows as you will get eaten by mosquitos! Mythre was wonderful and proactive with her communication and was very welcoming into her home and into Weesp/Amsterdam with lots of tips to enjoy the city.

Loved our stay! 4 bedrooms and 3 baths is difficult to come by in Europe, so that was a blessing! Street is narrow so be prepared to rent a small vehicle if renting. We had 5 adults & rented a Dacia Jogger 7 seater & fit just fine in the parking spot. Its a 1 way street. We loved the charm of the historic home...has been modernized. There is a nice backyard, but we were too busy to use it. There is a bbq grill, full kitchen, 2.5 baths. Fenna provides 5 bikes, 3 tall adult, one tall kid and one med kid bike....You can easily walk or ride bikes to an area just a few small blocks over with a very nice grocery store, a bakery, and burger restaurant. All wonderful, with friendly service and most speak English and Dutch or use google translate to speak with them. There is no microwave. Fenna communicates very well. Beds were comfortable. House was clean! Wood stove. Close to everything. House cozy and well stocked. Appliances are Miele so might be a good idea to familiarize yourself.

Our stay has been quite lovely with Sara. She was very proactive, kind and nice to deal with. Her home is very lovely, spacious and comfortable. It's spotless and quiet, but close enough to the city of Weesp to be able to get to Amsterdam in no time - you can count 3 mins by car to the station and its free parking, then 16 mins to Amsterdam (or indeed 7 mins by bike or 22 walking!). All in all, I warmly recommend this place :)
