Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Private Casita, Private Entrance, very quiet!

We love dogs! A Spacious private, cozy 1 bedroom Southwest style Guest Casita with private entrance, 1bath, queen bed, basic cable, streaming apps tv, free 5G WI-FI! Charming gated courtyard entrance. Close to State Farm Stadium-7 miles, PIR NASCAR, & Cactus League games. Wigwam Resort less than a mile. New upgraded tile flooring and blackout shades, 1 queen bed in Casita and 1 blow up queen bed available upon request. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Unfortunately I cannot host cats.

#2 Private Modern Suite-Street Parking

Guests can enjoy the privacy of their own private room with its own private entrance. The private room includes a mini fridge and microwave. It also includes attached private bathroom, dining space, and queen size bed. Please note that room is located in owners back part of the house (fully fenced and separated). There are 3 total private rooms, therefore please be mindful of not accidentally trying to open another guests room by paying attention to check in instructions. This is room #2.

Take a break and unwind. “The W” has its own keyless private entrance. There is over 375sq ft of space for you to relax in. The bedroom has a full bed and TV. The living room has a pull-out full bed, and a single futon bed. THE SUITE IS CONNECTED TO MAIN HOUSE. You will share two walls, the pool, bbq, and backyard with the main house. The suite comes with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The property is 10 minutes from Phoenix Raceway, and 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium!

The Desert Dwelling: Private Guest Suite

The Desert Dwelling is located in the Arcadia Lite area. One of the trendiest parts of the city making it a perfect escape! We are very close to Camelback Mountain and walking distance to The Rebel Lounge. The airport is a quick 10 minute drive. The Desert Dwelling is an attached guest unit (300 sq. ft) w/ private entrance. This unit is ideal for a couple or a single traveler. While the unit can fit 3 people, please understand it is a studio unit with a Queen bed & pull-out couch.
