This is a nice home\cottage, sadly the weather did not cooperate so we did not get a chance to hang out on the dock. After spending all day at the Goodwood Kartways, it was nice to have a place to call home and rest our heads. Only suggestion is to add tea towels to help dry dishes.

Tiny Home Farm Stay

We had an amazing night staying in the bus on the farm! Such a cool experience between the sauna / cold plunge and all of the animals nearby. A great escape close enough to the city to get away for a night or two. The hosts were very friendly and helpful while also gave us the space to take in the scenery on our own. It is a short walk to the shared bathrooms and there is an outdoor shower. There is another air bnb on the property but the shared spaces was only with one other couple so no worries there. The hosts lit a fire in the large fire pit and we got to meet and chat with the other people staying there. Highly recommend!

Ashley's cottage was beyond our expectations with every well-thought detail making it a warm, rustic, authentic and cozy experience. It was also very beautiful in the snow, with our kids watching the snow fall from the windows next to their beds in the loft. The hosts had thought of everything, including things that we never knew we needed - blankets close to the couch to snuggle up for movie night, popcorn in the pantry, cheese sticks in the refrigerator, etc. While we were only looking for a place close to the ski hills for a few days, we ended up not wanting to leave the cottage much. It was a good thing that Uber Eats delivered to the place, which was very unexpected for us. All in all, this cottage was the most memorable Canadian winter home our family has stayed in. We would certainly hope to stay there again some day, perhaps for the next ski season!
