This townhome is newly renovated and includes a full kitchen, open living area, comfy bedrooms, and all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Located in a small & quiet, family friendly neighborhood, the home is convenient to several popular restaurants & bars, minutes from UWF & the interstate, and a scenic drive to downtown and Pensacola Beach! *Pet Fee: $25/pet. We took a metal box & designed & built what is now the Evangeline. Crafted with care and designed to replicate what we would want in a rental space we made sure the Evangeline would be a cozy and unique experience for those away from home. This tiny home is minutes away from University of West Florida and local hospitals.
