House vacation rentals in Gonzales

The house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean, the yard was cut and the pool was great for relaxing and cooling off. The only negative was the dishwasher was not working. Other than that it was an A+ house and we would gladly stay the next time we are traveling to LSU.

We needed a location close to family due to our unique circumstances of needing to come in because my aunt was in hospice, and wanting to be near. Unfortunately, my aunt passed shortly after we arrived, and Ivannia was phenomenal in letting us extend our stay. Ivannia is fantastic, very responsive, and ready to communicate when needed. Everything was listed on the Airbnb website. I loved the views and how close it was to everything. The adventure of driving the golf cart to the house was fun and different. The house is clean and has all the amenities you could need, and then some. The beds were comfortable after long days. The views are beautiful, and the house was just what we needed to decompress after long days. Three Rivers Island was the perfect location. I would stay again and again and will recommend it to others! I hope to bring my kids and husband next time and stay under lighter circumstances. If you need a getaway and want fun and adventure, Ivannias is the place!

When we arrived we were all impressed with the neighborhood. Getting to the house was easy. Instructions were very clear on how to gwt in the house and the bedrooms. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. The pool was wonderful also. I messaged the owner a couple times and the response was quick and respectful. You can tell he takes care of his house and those who stay in it. We all said if we come back in the area we would love to stay at this location again.

Amazing listing in Baton Rouge. My family and I came in town for a graduation and this home was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed everything about the home. Plenty of space for a large family to move around effortlessly! We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to the area. Highly recommend!

From the first time I booked I felt like I was choosing the right location to stay. Everything was smooth and easy. Her response time is immaculate especially that’s important for someone who constantly travels and books last minute. Everything was clean and very up to date. The photos did not justice. Every amenity you will need was available inside the home. I have no complaints and definitely am looking forward to booking in the near future.

Our stay at Melindas place exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, relaxing, and she provided so many little things that made a big difference. Everything we could have needed was there. The house was outstanding, it is even better than it looks in the listing. The pool and outdoor area are great for a large group, outdoor kitchen and grill are great, and the main living area is also great for movies and entertaining. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby that also worked very well for a large group. Kelly and his team were super responsive to every question we had and everything we needed, they made the whole experience even better. Would definitely return.

Sarah was an excellent host. The home was comfortable and clean. The best part was sitting on the patio in the morning, sipping a cup of coffee, and watching/listening to the birds on the lake. It was just wonderful!

We really enjoyed your home and appreciate the ease of the stay, during a difficult time for our family. We drove over 1000 miles for my own Mawmaw's funeral and the ability to have a "home away from home", in an aptly named listing, was very nice.

This home is beautiful and within walking distance to campus! It is very spacious and comfortable for a large group. I especially loved the open floor plan , it’s beautifully decorated, has well laid out bedrooms (everyone had their privacy) and 3-1/2 baths. Close to restaurants and bars. And, a perfect spot to celebrate our LSU graduate !! 🧑‍🎓 🐯🎓

Absolutely one of the best places I have stayed! The house was spotless! Clean everything! Yes they live there on occasion but It felt just like home! I couldn’t have asked for a nicer/ cleaner place! Although the home is lived in and may have a few dings here and there from the dogs it is up to date with everything! AMAZING PORCH! With dog gate! IT IS A DOG FRIENDLY PLACE! And I absolutely love that! It was fairly close to everything you needed. But far enough out no one was bothering you. I’m funny where I stay and the cleanliness of a place I lay my head but this DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Yes it is a double wide trailer but it feels just like a home! I would say it is a very safe place!

I would definitely stay at The Birds Nest again!!! I It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing; everything I was looking for. Close to shopping and restaurants!!!! This place was cozy and super clean. Home away from home!!!

We were in town for the USBC National Bowling Tournament. We need a place to stay that could accommodate 9 people and Tenesha didn’t disappoint. Ample space for all of us without feeling cramped or crowded. She was always responsive to any questions or concerns. If you are staying in Baton Rouge with a large group this is the place!!

We had a short stay in Baton Rouge while traveling back home from a road trip. The "Lemon" house is convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, but with traffic, a bit of a drive to downtown. The house was very clean and nicely arranged with all of the rooms on one level. We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen seemed sufficiently stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. It's in a densely populated neighborhood, but not hard to find, and seemed safe. Maria's house was a nice place to spread out and relax at the end of a day of site seeing and driving around the area.

This was a great place and was perfect for my stay. It’s a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood. The communications were excellent and I felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when in the Baton Rouge area.

What a great stay for my family (in town for a family milestone birthday) 6 adults & infant, 3 full-sized cars. The house was perfect. The house is just as described, the space was clean and accommodated all of us comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful interior with higher end amenities like towel quality etc. nice river views. He has about a month’s worth of work to finish the yard

Everything is exactly as described - excellent location especially if going to event at LSU. Quiet neighborhood - very peaceful. Everything you need for a family stay was provided from the kitchen to bath. Beds and linen were really nice too! The children’s books were a hit with our grandson - read runaway beignet many times! “Aiyee you won’t get a taste of this little beignet!!” It’s a really bright and open floor plan and easy to have family meals and space for everyone to have their own room. Master bedroom is especially nice. We planned to use this gem again next time in BR
