Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of the "Sunshine House". We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

You might see rabbits and deer as well as beautiful wildflowers & songbirds. There are 2 ponds where you can catch small fish just be sure to bring your own fishing equipment. Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

We loved the house!!! It was the perfect set up for our family since my daughter has an infant, so the back suite was perfect for them! The coffee bar was a bonus for sure! The house was very spacious, the kitchen was nicely appointed, the beds were super comfortable, and the house was very clean. I will definitely rent here again!

We stay here every year and the second floor is gorgeous and so adorable. The host is absolutely lovely. The only thing wrong is that don’t we get to stay longer. This Airbnb has everything you need including a common area and balcony. Thank you for all the extra little touches. It really shows how much you all go the extra mile and we also appreciated the waters and coffees. We will be back.

We were 4 families getting away for a relaxing holiday and this place did not disappoint. We absolutely loved the place and will be back. The home was well stocked, had everything we needed. Had lots of room, lots to do and was just beautiful. The kids were never bored! They fished, explored the pastures and river, played in game room, looked at stars. We spent most of our time on the patio and outdoor kitchen. The peacefulness, the views, the breeze was exactly what we were looking for. All the little extra touches and thoughtfulness put into this home made it feel luxurious. We can't thank yall enough for allowing us to enjoy your home.
