Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Emilio country house is a rustic delight renovated in a small village on the Emilian hills, in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Recommended for those who want to break away from the daily routine. The house consists of a kitchen, living area, hallway, bathroom, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom + possibility of two additional beds. Heating pellet stove + wood stove. Shared but fenced courtyard area with barbecue, indoor parking space, and sun terrace in the back

L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is on two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay in spacious areas, just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large, well-equipped garden.

Charming, newly renovated two-room apartment located in the historic center. Parking is available near the house (in the blue lines) with a daily permit at a cost of €7 per day. Alternatively, you can walk to the Kennedy covered parking lot in 10 minutes. The house is located within the historic center but outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)
