The bedroom is upstairs reached via broad outside steps as shown in the photos, onto a deck surrounded by foliage. In the bedroom is a queen-sized bed, plus a single on request. The toilet is en-suite and there is a bath. Downstairs is the kitchen, rustic covered braai area and a beach shower.

The accommodation unit consists of a lounge area and en-suite bedroom with a separate entrance to that of the main house. A small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave is included. (there is no kitchen) Max. 2 people. The house is situated in the quiet Sunrise-on-Sea suburb within walking distance of the sea. It is approx 20 minutes drive from the East London CBD and 35 minutes drive from the airport.

There is remote access and off street parking for 1 medium size vehicle. Double cab Bakkie’s with a tow bar just fit in with some skill! Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km down the road, Spar and restaurants 500m.
