We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Cognac and its heritage, the quiet Charente. Many family activities related to nature: canoeing, water skiing, flow bike, paleo-site, GR4, fishing, comic book museum, microlight... Close to amenities (bakery, pharmacy, Api grocery store, farmers' market, fresh pizza box...) and historical sites.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

We suggest you stay in this furnished accommodation freshly renovated with quality materials. The housing is adjoining our house with an independent entrance.
