Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

There is an outdoor eating & lounge area, and an extensive garden play area. Wooden play gym in the kids’ room so kids can play no matter the weather. Parking in front of the house, & a direct train connection.
