Our stay at this house was simply spectacular. We traveled as a family and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The property is impeccably maintained, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. The garden and pool are perfect for family enjoyment and outdoor relaxation. Every corner conveys tranquility, and you can tell that the hosts have thought of every detail to make you feel at home. The location is also excellent: private, safe and with easy access to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!😊

We had a great time at the apartment in Finestrat. The apartment has a special charm and is beautifully and cozily furnished. The rooms are spread over several floors, which is why you climb a lot of stairs, but that didn't bother us at all, it made the apartment rather special. Our favorite place was the roof terrace, where we had a full breakfast in the sun every morning. ☀️ The place is exactly as we had wished: quiet, original and not very touristy. Lots of nice old houses, winding little streets. There is a bakery in the village, from which we loved the pistachio croissants. We made several excursions from Finestrat, for example to Altea, Cala del Moraig, Guadalest, Raco del Conill and Villajoysa. We would definitely recommend taking a rental car. The contact with the hosts was straightforward and kind. They were very accommodating, helpful, and responded quickly.

We were a group of 9. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. The host-s arranged for food and drinks to be at the villa upon our arrival. Communication was excellent before and after. We had a great time. You will need your own car or taxis but once you have a taxi number (the host/s provided this) it was quick and cheap. We had a fantastic time. Thank you

The place is just like the pictures. It's located in the mountains and is super quiet, plus the views are beautiful and it's a perfect place if you're looking to relax and unwind. Victor was a wonderful host and was available all the time, he recommended a lot of places and was very helpful. In short, it is a place to stay that I would definitely recommend to all those looking for a quiet vacation but with the option of making interesting plans such as visiting coves or villages.

Our 2nd time stay at pepe was excellent again. We really enjoyed the place is perfect. Everything is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. The 2nd day the hairdryer broke and this was neatly resolved the same day, we immediately got a new hairdryer. There were 2 cold beers ready on arrival which was also very nice because arrived at 1:30 at night. Pepe and multiple, Thank you so much again.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

An absolute pleasure, both the place and the host, always super attentive to us. Seeing the sea while cooking or sleeping while listening to the sea is the dream we have every vacation and here we get it. Also, being able to bring our dog is a super plus. Thank you for letting us enjoy a vacation with the whole family! A real pleasure, we'll be back! :)

Very nice, clean and tidy apartment. Very quiet area and very close to the beach, easy to get to the center with bus stops very close. Supermarket downstairs and on the way back from the beach. Mirela was very friendly and helpful, always checking on you and if you needed anything. Answer quickly if you need to talk to her.

Stunning stay! To repeat! The house is new and just enough to enjoy without feeling overloaded. Everything is very clean. The urbanization is super quiet and with incredible facilities to enjoy (we highlight the pools both heated and outside and all the green areas). Also communication was easy, quick and smooth, everything was easy. The accessible beach and entertainment and restaurant offer.

After arriving at the airport and picking up the rental car and having our arrival time and the license plate number (so that the guard at the gate expected us and could continue driving) to our contact person Patrick, we were very kindly taken care of by Patrick. He gave a great explanation about the apartment, parking space in the garage and the entire complex. Parking in the garage can be seen as a challenge, the parking spaces are tight but can be done, otherwise there is plenty of space outside in front of the apartment. The apartment has enough luxury. The kitchen is complete, beds are top, terrace is very large and equipped with 2 sunbeds, we were 3 and bought a beach chair ourselves. The entire complex is quite quiet. Contact person Patrick was easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. In short, we enjoyed it.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. The apartment offers much more than what is needed for a great stay. The owner had several very appreciable touches upon arrival. Everything is impeccably clean, and the view of the pool adds an extra touch of charm. I would highly recommend it!
