Standing on the edge of the old moat, overlooking the fortified bastions to the Castle, the house is in an iconic location. Castle Yard House has been fully refurbished and sleeps 5/6 in it's three bedrooms. There is a modern kitchen, bathroom and open plan living and dining room. The living and dining area has a wood burner and gives fantastic views of the Castle.

Access is at street level. 2-minute walk to the bus and railway station, situated off the market square by the castle. No private parking, 20m past property on left to park to unload as street is narrow. Car parks are very close to the property. Not suitable to host infants, children or pets.

Our cosy cottage is attached to our family home, overlooking farmland. It is a 5 minute walk to Goldsborough Hall and 10 minutes to The Bay Horse Inn. Ideal for walking in the Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors. The Space The master bedroom has a King size bed and walk in wardobe. The second bedroom has two singles.

Cozy, quaint cottage in the heart of the beautiful market town of Knaresborough. In easy reach of the train station and all attractions. Equipped with a wood burning stove. Old Bakery has an open Iron spiral stair to the first and second floors and is not suitable for small children or people with mobility problems, The stair climbs from the lounge through bedroom 1 to bedroom 2. There are no doors from the staircase. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dining table.

Parking is available outside the cottage, and the train station is a mile away. Whixley has an excellent local pub The Anchor Inn , other local eating establishments are within easy driving distance.
