The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

Eileen was so kind and very responsive with any inquiry we had. The house was beautiful and very accommodating. If I ever need to come to the area, I’ll definitely be using this Airbnb.

O espaço do Milton é muito agradável, estava como no anúncio, muito limpa e com um ótimo espaço para duas pessoas, além de ser muito funcional. A localização é muito boa, bem próxima de acessos a vias rápidas o que facilitou a locomoção tanto para os parques da Disney quanto para os da Universal bem como outlets e aeroporto. As orientações dadas para check in e check out foram bem claras facilitando os procedimentos, sendo muito útil na saida, principalmente, poisa saimos de madrugada. Tem mercado e lojas bem boas, além de restaurantes próximos e o bairro é muito agradável , bem residencial.

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

Juan was very responsive and accommodating for our entire stay. The location was perfect as it was central to the activities, restaurants, and bars we had in our itinerary. I would stay at Juan's home again!

Words cannot describe how great this place was. From the get go the atmosphere was warm and welcoming! They were very thorough with instructions and House Rules. The main thing to me were the shoes. I do not mind taking my shoes off inside as I have other family members with this rule. They provided house shoes for you to wear which was thoughtful. Not only that but the floor was VERY CLEAN! I like to walk with no shoes on and not once did I see or feel my feet were dirty. The fruit basket, cheese and crackers, snacks and gifts were just a plus! I felt right at home and I was happy first day. I enjoyed painting my rock and the beautiful scenery in the front. The fresh jams were wonderful and also Lori brought us fresh coconuts on our 2nd day 🥹! They were already hulled and cleaned! She also gave instructions on how to open them and we also had small talk. It is honestly too much to compliment and not enough space. We will definitely return when we come back to visit. Thank you both!

First of all, the host is WONDERFUL. She was very responsive and even followed up after the first night to make sure everything was okay. There was ample space for our whole family.

A lovely retreat in Central Florida. The house was inviting and cozy, with a great couch for lounging. The neighborhood is quiet and removed, but close to a main boulevard. The highlight was the outdoor area, with a kidney pool, hottub and my new obsession, these low-hanging hammocks. I fell asleep in them several times. Jacob was attentive and communicated quickly. Would stay here again.

Great host and amazing location for Orlando. The place was very clean and a lot of amenities were provided. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Orlando.

This place is better than the pictures and everything you need is nearby the drive to universal was less than 30min

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The host was kind, helpful, and very responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Although it rained for most of our trip and we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we’d hoped, our family still had a lovely time. The space was comfortable, and overall it was a good stay. Would recommend!

Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Todo impecable, tal cual la publicación. Los dueños siempre atentos y respondieron muy rápido a lo que necesité, incluso fueron flexibles con la hora de salida el último día; muy amables y cordiales. La ubicación es espectacular, porque estás a 7 minutos de los parques de Universal Studios en auto, a cuadra y media de una zona muy comercial donde podés comprar de todo y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme ahí.

This location is wonderful. Across the street is several restaurants and some shops. It is limited distance from Disney springs that you have shopping and dining with a 10 min drive at most. Parking is plentiful and easy to walk in and get right to the room.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

O apartamento de Larissa & Rosely é maravilhoso, espaçoso, confortável, bem localizado, bem equipado e, principalmente, muito limpo. Foi a nossa 2ª passagem por lá e, como sempre, tudo foi perfeito!
