Full kitchen, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, and washer/dryer! Our home sits on 1.14 acres with a circular driveway in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy organic farm fresh eggs when the hens are laying. If you have children, your welcome to play in the "island" (our kids play area) with a playhouse and climbing dome. Very relaxing place!

New Model home, brand new house all new and furniture. Pine ride jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine Ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls, one easy strait ride to the beach. The house offers an older florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes but we stopped at nothing to make this a real charmer with many views of nature.

The house was in perfect condition although we had a problem with the stove that the host was able to solve quickly, the rooms, very nice bathrooms, the kitchen is very functional and beautiful, it needs a little more equipment and waxes, in general our stay was very excellent and I would consider it for a new stay.

Great place to stay for a work trip, quiet and easy to access via private entry, all the basic needs you will need for a week long stay. Great host and a great price point. Extremely close to downtown Naples, the zoo, all the great local coffee shops and few minute drive to beach front. 15 minute drive to one of my favorite local restaurants “The Dock at Crayton Cove “

This was a great space. Plenty of room, the bathrooms were nice, everything was very clean. The area is quiet and a great place to stay if you’re going to Naples!

A spacious garage is presented, featuring a concrete floor and several wall-mounted shelves for storage. The area is well-lit by a ceiling fixture, and the garage door is partially open, allowing natural light to enter. Various materials and tools are neatly arranged along one side.

We had a fabulous stay at Manoj’s place. He was kind enough to provide an early check in so we could get organized after an early flight. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed— Manoj even provided laundry detergent! The house is beautifully situated on a peaceful property with tons of backyard space. We would definitely stay here again!

Briarwood Paradise - The Briarwood Rental Company

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and the third time with Marc and Anne as hosts. They're great! The house is very complete, tidy, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen is a 10. I recommend opening the windows and letting the sun in. It's a super bright house. The patio is always our meeting place: between the pool and the barbecue. We had a problem with the dryer, and Marc was absolutely prompt, attentive and helpful. The weather didn't help, but we still had a FANTASTIC time. The house has bicycles, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, which is beautiful. Thanks for having us once again. We really take care of and feel at home in your home. Because that's how you make us feel, really well taken care of. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❤️

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The area around the pool and grounds are beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lounge chairs to unwind. Kathleen was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had complete privacy while attached to the main house. We ate all of our meals out, but there is a kitchenette with a small fridge and air fryer/toaster oven. The location was also great and close to Publix and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
