A beautiful apartment in Goch-Kessel. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Ospere

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

In our lovingly prepared apartment in our extensively renovated farmhouse there is enough space for you! Whether you just want to get out into the countryside. The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

Wolhalla in historic farmhouse

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.

Couples will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The interior design is unique and inspiring. Horses graze on the surrounding meadows. The nature reserve, the European cycle path and a bus stop are 300 meters away. The Reichswald can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. A gym is about 500 m away. Nijmegen and Kleve are easily accessible by bike and bus. The Köller-Müller, Kurhaus Kleve and Moyland museums are not far away

Travel time

Our new (2019) ground floor apartment is 60 sqm and is very modern. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm unique wooden beam bed. The living and kitchen area with a very well equipped kitchen, a pull-out table with ceramic top and comfortable chairs. The sofa can be folded out to a comfortable bed. (140 x 200 cm) The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The pictures say more than 1000 words.

Apartment on the Niers

Nothing stands in the way of relaxation in our cozy apartment. In the spacious living room is the sofa bed with extra topper. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. If you like to travel in nature, whether by bike, on foot or even sporty on the Niers, this is the place to be. For a trip with the sup on the Niers, we offer the entrance directly in the garden and if you don't have your own board, you can borrow one from us.

Living in an art gallery

Our lovingly furnished guest room is located in the monument-protected FARM TEN MOUNTAINS. With a lot of passion and craftsmanship, we have created a wonderful retreat with a special atmosphere. From April 2023, there will be an art exhibition here where you can enjoy transformative images. We invite magic into our daily life and look forward to sharing it.
