Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

Comfortable 42m2 with a partially covered terrace. In the garden: sandpit, swing and slide. A plot of approx. 800 m2, fenced on 3 sides. The unfenced side is adjacent to our year-round home. All rooms are fully equipped. The 36m2 terrace is an extra space to hang out.
