"Aphrodite" Rosark House, Cobh, Co. Cork.

EthanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Rose was absolutely wonderful and her place is absolutely what anyone needs staying in the Cobh/Cork area! My partner and I stayed there and we were very impressed with how hospitable Rose was, she gave us recommendations for things to do in town as well as she gave us a lift to the bus stop which she didn’t have to do! Absolutely wonderful stay, would definitely recommend to anyone! She also has a cat, who is wonderful, so that’s a plus in my book

Top Floor Double Room with Sea View

This place was absolutely spectacular! The house itself is beautiful and offers breathtaking views – even better than the photos. It’s located right in the heart of town, just a short walk from the train station, but still incredibly peaceful and quiet. Sam was an outstanding host: thoughtful, welcoming, and full of genuinely helpful tips for exploring the area. You can tell he really cares about his guests. My room (and the bathroom) was spotless and very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay – I would come back in a heartbeat!

Your home in Cork

Gavin and Jean made us really welcome and although we were only there for one night, felt like we were there for ages. The whole atmosphere was warm and interesting and the view fantastic! Gavin was super helpful and we thouroghly enjoyed our stay there and hope to go back. PS: Although the steps are a bit daunting as described, it is well worth the effort and there is an easier route once you have found the place.

Cosy single bedroom

MaryRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Geraldine's felt like staying with an old friend. Arrival was flexible. Personal items in the home showed character and a warm welcome. I didn’t use the kitchen but could see from the hall it was pristine. Quite, residential area. I had room 3-the box room. Small but had everything I needed. A warm comfortable room with a cosy bed. Even extra bedding in the wardrobe. Exceptional value for such a cosy welcoming home. Highly recommend

Private room with En-suite - No Kitchen

KellyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Jayne was an amazing host! The room was exactly as expected, and the pets were an adorable addition! She was really helpful, gave great recommendations, very responsive, and very friendly to chat with. The space was also very clean, and Jayne provided delicious treats and refreshing cold water in the fridge in the room. If you have heavy luggage, the stairs are a bit difficult but her partner was more than willing to help us up. Also if you’re tall, the ceiling is quite low but definitely doable and worth it for the location, space, amazing host, and cute pets :)
