The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Glücksburg, 5 km away, has good shopping and Flensburg, 17 km away, impresses with its harbor and the many colorful houses.

Very nice and charming, circus car with wide double bed. Isolated and inlaid heat. Only 350 meters from lovely beach and forest as well as Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic bowls, etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as bed linen and towels. Parking space right next to the circus carriage. 300 m to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensburg.

This place is a small paradise right on the fjord – with private access to the water, which invites you to ice bathing especially in the winter time. The entire residential complex is not only architecturally beautifully embedded, but also radiates a special warmth and comfort inside. Everything is high-quality, thoughtfully furnished and perfectly maintained – a mixture of Nordic coziness and stylish exclusivity. A very big thank you to host Helle, who immediately creates a connection with her warm, open manner. No matter whether a glass is broken by children's hands or spontaneous special requests arise – Helle remains calm, approachable and warm-hearted. You don't just feel welcome, you feel downright enchanted. Conclusion: If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and spend time with family – and in one of the most beautiful locations in northern Germany – you will find your new favorite home here.

Gyde always accompanied us promptly and wonderfully from booking to stay to checkout. We really appreciated that. Small goodies in the accommodation welcomed us. Thank you very much for this. The location of the apartment is fantastic for those seeking peace and quiet. In the meadow in front of the house, a doe was romping with her young, and in front of the front door, a wren was hopping through the bushes. You couldn't ask for more natural idyll. Thank you, Gyde, for sharing your vacation home with others. We would be very happy to come to Schausende again.

An all-around great apartment! Everything was very clean and well maintained – we felt comfortable immediately. Check-in was well described and went smoothly. The amenities are complete and well thought out: a well-equipped kitchen, cozy beds, plenty of towels – nothing was missing. The location is pleasantly quiet with a beautiful view of the garden, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away. I would especially like to highlight Detlef as a host – he was always very helpful with questions and concerns. A small note: The washer-dryer in the kitchen is quite audible during operation. However, this did not diminish our very positive overall impression. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

Jan's place is really special! The possibility of living in your own gym alone is really extraordinary. For me, it was absolutely perfect! It combines proximity to the beach and the possibility of 24/7 "at home" sports. That's EXACTLY what I was looking for. In addition, everything was perfectly clean, tidy and the personal contact with Jan was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back! We felt very comfortable in the Zollhaus Holnis - you can immediately tell that an architect and an interior designer had their hands in the game here. With a lot of feeling for beautiful details, cool vintage furniture and a creative but restrained interior style, the host has created a very special feel-good place. Just a few steps through the garden, past the small sauna cottage, you are right on the water. Although not a fine sandy beach, but many large rocks for climbing, our children loved it. The kitchen is fantastically equipped and the house was above average clean! We will definitely visit again!
