Very nice house, very cold pool and with a beautiful view. It was very worthwhile!

Comfort and great climate define your stay in this home. We went in 14 people and the house met and exceeded our expectations, with well-equipped rooms ( sheets, pillows and fans), clean bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen;despite being small, it met our needs. Flavio, the host, very attentive. For sure, we will return!!

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house and the experience was exceptional! The condominium is very well maintained, with pleasant and safe common areas, providing a quiet and welcoming environment. The house is spacious, clean and perfectly equipped, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would like to highlight the service of Zilda (host), who was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. From the first contact, she made it clear that she was available for any questions or needs, which made all the difference. I highly recommend this house for those looking for an amazing experience and a special touch of hospitality. I'll definitely be back!

It was days of great tranquility! Space super well divided, cozy. The outdoor area is very nice to have a coffee next to nature and reunite the family. Ricardo guided us well and always responded quickly, with kindness. We love our days!

I would like to express my deep gratitude for being able to enjoy, for the third time, this place so quiet and welcoming, which brings us to the coziness of a grandmother's house. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean and serene, providing moments of peace and happiness for my entire family. Even after three stays, each visit is always a renewed pleasure. The hospitality and care we find here make our experience truly special.

The house is in a quiet place, close to downtown. The host responds fast, clean and comfortable home, excellent pool, ventilated area and spacious. Just as a negative point, not the house, it is the streets outside the center that are of beaten ground, this is all over the city. But the house in yes is a great place to stay with family and friends, I recommend.

House is just like the ad. Only the issue of the pool not being heated impacted our stay. We were only informed that the pool heater was having problems when we arrived at the house. Where it ended up being something very boring because the key point of renting the house was because of the heated pool due to my uncle who is elderly. With this, I suggest that you ask first about the pool if it is in full operation. Apart from this issue with the pool, Andreza was very attentive, whenever I needed to talk to her, she responded immediately. Our family settled well. Well spacious the house.

Victor, his mother Rose and the caretaker Gilmar were extremely kind and attentive hosts, and in addition to promptly helping us with our questions, they presented us with fruits and eggs produced on the property. All the advertised amenities were fully functional and the house exceeds expectations. The well-thought-out yard to release the pets and the beautiful green area of the site were highlights. The kitchen is well equipped and the house comfortably accommodates the number of people estimated in the listing. At all times we felt safe and at ease. Izabela was super responsive. The house is great, close to a lot of things. We went to see the show and we walked, very peaceful. I will recommend it a lot.

The house itself is spectacular. It makes you never want to leave. Everything organized, all necessary utensils available, linens, towels, everything! Clean pool, everything was too nice. The location is great too, the street is super quiet but there is an avenue that leads to several markets, shops and pharmacies. Luciana and Cristina were super helpful and pleasant to talk to. So everything was perfect. We loved it!

The place is simple but extremely welcoming and quiet. The access is very easy, close to BR, which facilitates the arrival without difficulties. On the first day, we had a small setback, but the issue was promptly resolved as soon as we contacted Anderson, who attended us with a lot of education and attention. The speed and warmth in service made all the difference, demonstrating the commitment to the well-being of guests. Certainly, we will return and recommend to others who seek a refuge to rest and enjoy good times.

We found the house exactly as stated in the listing. The rustic decor along with beautiful landscaping, lighting and climate in the area, make it even more inviting the evening for a family encounter. Everything in very good taste and impeccable organization. Bed and bath linen very clean and of good quality. Mr. Isnaldo always very quick and kind in the answers, leaving our stay very quiet. And we were also greeted in the chek-in with an ice-cream, chocolate for the kids and candles. In short, all very quiet. We hope to visit other times.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great, very comfortable and well cared for. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was impeccable, perfect for relaxing. Just one small detail: some kitchen items were not exactly as shown in the photos, but nothing that hindered our experience. I spoke directly to Diego to make some minor adjustments to improve the experience for guests. We definitely intend to come back other times!
