A lovely, spacious, very clean and comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location to explore the area. We appreciated the clear instructions for collection of the keys and the check out time of 12 noon. Great to have parking available and the area and apartment block was very quiet.

Very convenient small accommodation, in a very quiet location, impeccable cleanliness and all the necessary equipment. Dominique is very friendly, and our stay was perfect.

Had a lovely stay at Tiphanie and Adeline's studio. Everything is designed to have a lovely time. The home is in a peaceful mountain village. If the latter is not at the foot of the slopes, its geographical location makes it easy to change area and resort every day (La Clusaz, Porte du Mont Blanc, Les Saisies...) with a short drive. In this regard, the covered parking space is more than appreciated. In short, I highly recommend this listing. As for the hosts, everything was perfect in terms of communication, advice and availability! Excellent.

Off the beaten path, but close to both towns & cities. Space was very modern & luxurious. Worked great for 6 of us with more personal space to share than a hotel.

Excellent stay. The stove was unfortunately out of order but we found the apartment pleasant for a family of 4 and very well-equipped. Hubert is considerate and provides everything you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive (coffee, tea, emergency supplies, toilet paper, etc.) and during your stay (raclette, fondue, board games). Very nice not to have to run to the Sherpa right after a long drive. The location suited us, close to shops and access to the Charmieux snow front within walking distance. The view of the slopes is very nice, especially on the evening of the torchlight descent. We were able to park in the parking lot of the residence. Finally, we slept very well thanks to the great calm, shutters and comfortable bedding.

Good stay at Grand Bornand, the apartment is in a good location, neither too close nor too far from the city center. Convenient and very appreciable to get around with the shuttle, a ski bus stop is about 50 m away. Very happy with our vacation in this apartment.

Excellent stay at the gates of Grand Bornand and La Clusaz in the charming village of Saint Jean de Sixt where you can find all the amenities, the accommodation is very well equipped, clean and functional in a peaceful setting with a beautiful view of the peaks. The owners are very welcoming and communication is very easy and pleasant. We can only recommend.

hello We came to this accommodation for the second time, no surprise. Our host is very discreet and available. Great location without being in the city center. Very clean accommodation, the only drawback is no bathroom, the shower is in the kitchen. No street noise and a fenced garden for the joy of my 2 dogs. Thank you for everything.

Full studio, very well structured and organized, a warm and comfortable environment to spend the season. The location is perfect, very quiet, at the top of the mountain, next to the ski slopes of Praz-sur-Arly and close to Megève. The view is incredibly beautiful. Rose is a very kind person, she gave us all the right instructions and is always available to answer any questions. I recommend it without hesitating!

The place was really beautiful. We felt very comfortable and had an excellent sleep. Johann and Caroll are really the friendliest people ever and helped us a lot. We will definitely be back.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Impeccable accommodation and as described! Check-in instructions could be more concise, making them easier to follow. The wellness area is very nice, but small in case of high occupancy (it is common to many apartments).

Incredible view for this peaceful, clean and very well decorated accommodation, a 20-minute walk to the city center (very pleasant walk). The Spa is a real plus, superb services. Excellent stay, to be repeated :-))

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.
